> 3 dayThis is the 3rd projector we’ve tried. This is was also our first opportunity to really use it since we bought several months ago. The first one quit 3/4 if the way through the very first movie, but that one wasnt nearly bright enough anyway. The second one we tried was bright enough but picture quality was terrible. This one is perfect. The picture Ive posted was about 7:40 at night on September 17th… to give you an idea of outdoor light conditions. We’ve only used it once so far, and watched 1.5 movies before the kids all melted down and just had to go to bed. But the projector worked flawlessly. The audio from the projector itself is terrible, but they are all terrible from this price point so I cant even fault it for that. The screen mirroring works well, however, you cannot watch movies through streaming services that way due to copyright laws. We plug our firestick directly into the projector, and use the firesticks bluetooth capability to connect to an external bluetooth speaker. That gives us what we want for picture and sound. All of our guests were impressed and thought it was very cool. We are happy. I will update review if I run into any issues.

> 3 dayI have an old projector with a VGA connection, that would be needing a bulb soon. The price of the bulb was so expensive I decided to look for a new more updated projector. I discovered the DBPower 1080. This projector displays awesome videos in low light as well as in complete darkness! Throws the picture a nice distance. The sound is great without adding additional audio, but additional audio-only enhances the sound. I love that I can connect to wi-fi, use my Roku. USB, plug in my portable DVD, cast from my phone. Its light enough for me to transport to class when needed. My 7-year-old granddaughter enjoys the fact that she can start and run it on her own with no problem. The price and quality cant be beat! I have shared with family members they were very impressed! They have requested Movie Nights at my house!

> 3 dayThe picture is bright and crisp! I use the projector in my basement and of course the darker the room, the better. It is easy to use and I can operate it while on my treadmill, or seated. I am using it on a motorized screen at 100 inches it it is fabulous! I recommend to anyone thinking about a projector tv this one, the DBPower 9500L

> 3 dayInfo says not for powerpoint presentations but I found the text to be acceptable. Settings are limited but cover all the basics. Feet are not adjustable so had to use other methods to change the viewing angle. Sound was excellent. I liked this a lot and would recommend. Good value!

> 3 dayThis is an excellent projector at a really good price. Pretty simple to use unless you are technically challenged. Image quality and brightness are very good.

> 3 dayIts great at night. During the day you need very dark to get good quality but you can still see crystal clear images with this with a lamp on ... Super durable sound excellent. I do recommend getting a speaker system or something to make it more effective for surround sound. But the picture quality is off the charts good even on a white background. You dont need any screens its perfect and lots of sizing and adjust ment features. The best is the easy turn lense focus where you focus the machine like you would a pro camera on manual. You rotate the black covering from a side spot next to the lense super easy. The only thing unless the sun is Down down its hard to see the picture you need it dark. Thats my only draw back no TV during the day

> 3 dayTrust the reviewers saying the audio has a really low cap. The built in volume is loud enough indoors, but it goes no louder when you use a speaker device with it. The projector itself seems to cause a limit to volume for some reason. I tried ignoring that when I bought it. The screen was pretty dim, even with the lights off. Nothing compared to the brightness on my phone or laptop. Colors were pretty soft too even with different settings built to increase vividness. Casting was the real issue. Tried using my phone to mirror streaming services, but ran into the built in HDCP (digital content protection). No way around it. If you cant stream Netflix, Disney+, or Prime video, why even advertise that you can cast with your phone? Device is severely limited, but functional if you dont have much preference, hence my three star review.

Greater than one weekThis projector has an amazing picture and great sound! I highly recommend it. However, until I purchased a good HDMI adapter cable, the picture was split and had a green tint. If you plan to connect this to an Apple device, I recommend purchasing a “USB-C to HDMI” cable—Platinum brand worked for me.

> 3 dayI like the projector so far. My only complaint is that it does not display properly when the HDMI is ran through an adapter. My MacBook Pro only has USB C type ports, so I need to use an adapter to run HDMI from my laptop to the projector. However, this causes my screen to not project properly. It splits my display into two small boxes like Mario Kart multiplayer instead of one full screen. To fix this, I just bought a USB C to HDMI cable so I dont have to face any lag from airplay/wifi.

> 3 dayI just received the projector today and have not had time to really play with it. However, what I can tell you is I was extremely happy with the overall look of the projector, it was very easy to set up and had great picture quality and sound. I was also very pleased with the backpack style case it came in. Overall extremely happy with my purchase at this point.
