> 3 dayHosting an NFL Draft get together this week and needed something for projecting in our garage. I currently have an ASUS mini projector, but the brightness is not good unless completely dark and the sound level is too low. Based on other reviews, I thought to check this unit out and I was very happy with the results. Even in an area that gets a moderate amount of light, the picture quality is very good and at 50/100, the volume fills the area without issue. The remote that comes with the unit works very well and the setup was painless. Hope this unit holds up because I can imagine playing games in the garage and hosting Packers parties this fall. Great value and Id recommend it.

Greater than one weekGood quality for the price so far as I can tell. easy to set up and good connectivity. Decent image. No major issues in the first week Ive had it Update: I use this all the time and it still works great! There are issues though. Most times when I try to play a vhs connected to the audio/video rca cable adapter it often is showing a weak signal warning and not working.... very frustrating because there is a signal until I press play and then it just wont transmit the signal... why???? Also this has a wireless device mirroring function which has such a bad delay between video and sound feed and the video feed is so jumpy that it is basically unusable. This projector has been great when connected with the hdmi, I have speakers connected through the headphone jack. Not worth buying if you plan to use it in other ways.

> 3 dayAs far as picture and built in speakers go this projector is great and is a big upgrade from my $1000 Optoma EH500 projector. I was also pleasantly surprised that the sound has an equalizer. However, i received an open box which wasnt even properly repackaged for resale. The box and protective foam were reaped and remote along with lens cover where just loose at the bottom of the bag. Also the remote already had batteries in it. With that being said, the projectors fan is extremely loud and has a buzzing sound with a screeching undertone to it, and because i received an open box i cant even tell if its supposed to be like that or someone previously returned the device because of a faulty fan. So unfortunately i will be returning it and trying a different product. Hope the seller takes note.

> 3 dayI have been wanting to buy my first projector for some time now and purchased this one. I was very surprised at how easy it was to set up for immediate use. The quality of the picture was very clear and colorful. It hooked up to my sons Xbox and my laptop as well to play games and watch movies with no problems. You can adjust the picture with a simple turn of the dial.

> 3 dayI bought this for outdoor movie nights for the kids. Went with this one for the brightness and color reviews. Its bright, and the colors look good. BUT THE AUDIO JACK IS USELESS. There is ONLY ONE WAY to connect audio to an external speaker, and thats through the 3.5mm headphones jack. The resulting audio level is far too low, even with the projectors volume at max, and the external speakers volume at max. I tried different cables, different speakers, I even had my friend whos a recording engineer for Audible take a whack at it. Its just completely underpowered and useless. DO NOT GET THIS PROJECTOR if you need audio along with the video. I tried going through technical support and they said it was probably a speck of dust blocking the signal. Even my engineer buddy had to laugh at that garbage answer. AGAIN -- stay far, far, far, far away from this projector. Completely useless without audio.

> 3 dayA big issue I had with a cheaper projector was that I couldnt adjust both the tilt and the sizing, and both are necessary if you want to place the unit at a very specific spot and project onto a specific space. To elaborate: if you must aim the lens up or down, the projection needs to account for the tilt; if you move the projector far away, the projection naturally blows up and you have to scale it down. The DBPower gives you clear control over both in the settings - it calls the tilt keystone and the sizing zoom. I was pleasantly surprised by the software including every permutation of keystone adjustment. Theres one screw-foot that lets you mechanically raise the angle, and its quick to use. I want to take a moment to appreciate the fabric covering on top of the projector - its a gorgeous, satisfying design that makes you want to place your phone on it as you Miracast onto the screen. The LED is bright enough to project during the day, though you probably shouldnt - see the wash-out above and below the dresser in the pics. Audio is good in a pinch, but if you make this device the center of your media hub, youll obviously want to use the AV out or separate the audio; there is an RCA to 3.5mm cable included, but its extremely short, so Im not sure if its useful. There is some ambient noise from the fans as you would expect, comparable to a hard-working gaming laptop. The focus adjustment wheel feels great. The unit is hefty, so good build quality and no wobble. All in all, the product nails the basics. Miracast is nice to have, since in a pinch you can skip the HDMI cable. I think the aesthetics are great. It blows the cheap projector I had out of the water.

> 3 dayPlease let my pictures speak for themselves. Direct from the Pixel 3 phone to the Amazon review. We had a night out under the porch with two fires going, house light on and alley light in the back. The DBPOWER powered right through! Picture was very bright and quite clear. Speaker more than adequate to overpower background noise and mild conversation. Literally ready to use out of the box. HDMI and Power Cord included. I set it on a side shelf, power and input cables attached, laptop as input and we were in business. There is no techy know how needed, you can to get this going in 3 minutes or less. (including opening up the box, lol!) And I dont use the term clear generically, this DBPOWER projector is 1080p, which is FULL HD. Your normal consumer projector today is just HD at 720p. So a nice clear picture that is bright enough to overpower a fires glow with plenty of loudness for everyone to hear the show!

Greater than one weekThey projector arrived well packaged and was a snap to setup. I had previously owned and Yaber Y30 which had to be retired due to the unit pulling large amounts of dust into the lens inside the unit. The DBPOWER unit has a much better picture than my Yaber. I’ve seen criticism of the brightness of the picture, but I do not agree. The remote is very easy to use and setup is a breeze. I highly recommend the unit for the price and quality.

> 3 dayUpdated July 9, 2021: Tech support saw my original review and proactively contacted me to upgrade their projector SW/Firmware. The upgrade fixed both the Aux-out volume (now we have cinema sound) and IOS mirror issue. I have adjusted the product rating accordingly. Now its a great projector which i would recommend you purchase/try. Thanks again to tech-support for helping me out. Original Review: Indoor video and sound is very good to excellent. Will test outdoors later and adjust rating as needed. Knocked off 1 star because IOS Mirroring did not work for me. Knocked off 2nd star because AuxOut to speaker lowered the external speaker volume. It does not seem to have enough juice from Aux out for the 2 different speakers I tried which eliminates cinema experience potential.

> 3 dayI was impressed as soon as I opened the box. I was not expecting it to come in it’s own padded backpack. Set it up in minutes and am happy with the quality. The speakers are actually really good and can get very loud. The fan is a bit noisy, but that I guess is to be expected. So glad I purchased it.
