> 24 hourI purchased this from Kellards through Amazon and have had an awful experience. The device does not work. Out of deference I took it to three separate gigs and had multiple engineers who have often used Decimators try to get the device to recognize a signal, but it didnt work. When I went to exchange the device I was past the 30 day return window and Kellards refused to accept it. Thats their policy, and they are clear about it...but you should be aware of it before you buy from them--if you dont return something immediately even if it is defective they will not stand by their products. There are a million places out there that will stand by their products and would never let a faulty product be sold under their name--buy from them. BEWARE KELLARDS.

> 24 hourThis thing should be in any professional video persons arsenal. It is worth every penny in my opinion. It can solve so many problems, from source and destination resolution mismatch, to boosting a signal from my experience, not to mention converting sdi to HDMI and vice versa.
