I ordered this product because I dont have a ventilator in my bathroom. It would always feel stuffy in there after someone showered. Now with this dehumidifier on, you can tell the difference. It is very easy to turn on and off with push of button. Very easy to clean with dry rag or paper towel. I would recommend, very happy with this purchase.

Update: their customer service reached out and sent out a new dehumidifier even though it was just outside the warranty period. Kudos to them for that. The new unit is working like the old one when it was new. Hopefully this one will last. New rating of 4 stars (from the original 1 star I gave it) reflects the product and the customer service provided. Previous 1 star review below. Purchased this dehumidifier for the bathroom. A little noisy but not loud enough to keep we awake being that this was for the master bathroom. When first purchased, it would fill up the reservoir in approx 5 days in the SoCal summer. Towards the end of its life, it would take over 2 weeks before it filled up, again in SoCal summer. So overall Id give the product 4 stars for when it was new. Minus 2 stars for it breaking after 14 months of usage, just past the warranty period. Minus another 2 stars for non-existent customer service (direct message on their website thats linked on Amazons product page) when I reached out to them about possible reseting procedure, hoping thats all it would need. Granted its out of the warranty period so I wouldnt expect them to replace it but it wouldve been nice if they at least replied with some sort of assistance. Anyhoo, if you dont mind a decent working dehumidifier thatll last just past the warranty period, go ahead and buy this. If you want quality product from a quality company with SOME form of customer service, save the money and put it towards something else. Looks like Im on another search for another dehumidifier from a different company because this one a trash, literally.

This device is not a traditional dehumidifier. However it is perfect for small spaces like a closet. I found that in order for the device to work, it needs to run for a day or so. I will say again. This will not dehumify a basment or any large space. It is good for maybe 150 to 200 sqft. Would i recommend it, sure it has its purpose. Try it and give it some time

This and another dehumidifier are the best I have one in my bedroom closet, master bathroom, and kitchen. I live in SW Florida and it is a must to get rid of musty odors. Thank you Seavon for your consistency and reliability. Also, the product arrived early I also recommend to friends.

I apologize to this poor dehumidifier. I live in a climate where the humidity level outside today was 90%. My allergist recommended me a dehumidifier and I thought that I needed only a small one for the small bedroom I spend a lot of time in. This little chap works, keeping my room from RH 60 down to RH 52. But it will never be able to reach its goal of RH45% and for that I am sorry; its my bad for underestimating the humidity of this place. Womens eyeglasses for size reference in the photo. Very small little thing. My only gripe is that the charging port is in an awkward and unseemly place. Cant do much to hide the cord.

I don’t like or dislike it. I live in a small apartment so I know this doesn’t work for the entire space but it seemed to help keep the room humors down if we kept all the doors shut during the day. Have to empty the water catch every 3 days or so. Will probably upgrade to something bigger though to fit my own needs

1st one I had failed and could not find a fix on troubleshooting site. Wrote a review not to buy. However, was contacted by seller and they sent a new one free of charge. This one is working great. It’s quite and removes the moisture from my RV.

It helps keep the moisture off the windows and the mold from growing.( its cheaper then a space heater)
