I use it in the bathroom and its great at getting rid of the humidity. We dont have a lot of space so i love how small and unintrusive it is.

A quality Dehumidifiers that works great for small spaces. This Seavon Dehumidifiers worked great in one of my bathrooms that does not have ventilation. There is no set up needed. You take it out of the box and plug it in and it was up and running. It is nice and quiet and takes up such little space. It started collecting water right away. The water container is decent size, 27 OZ, so you dont have to worry about emptying too often. If you do forget to empty dont worry as the dehumidifier will automatically shut off when the tank is full. It is nice and light so easy to move around. You cant beat the price. Makes sense for different areas i will be purchasing another.

The product worked great for three months. Two days ago, the water tank was a little difficult to remove. After emptying, the tank was replaced. A day later, water dripped onto the table. The unit pulled water out of the air, but 1) it was not going directly into the tank and 2) the tank could not be opened for water removal. Without tipping the unit completely upside down, as much of the water was poured out and the unit sat overnight on the counter. The next morning the tank could easily be removed and replaced. It was plugged back on for another 24 hours. The unit pulled water out, but he amount was less than usual. The tank was, again, difficult to pull out, but was gently pulled out. The discovery: the tank could not be removed due to ice on the coils. The temperature of the room was 56 degrees, too cold for a dehumidifier to work. When the temperature was above 58 degrees, the unit worked great. Gave a 4-star rating (not 5) because this is a rating for 3 months use. However, based on this, I recommend this SEAVON Dehumidifier for the price around $35 over purchasing the moisture absorbing crystals (which I also use.) You do, however, have to empty the tank. (It supposedly has an automatic shut-off, but I did not let it get that filled, so it cant be commented upon.)

I bought this for my master bath. The home is older but was completely remodeled on the inside. Unfortunately the heating an air ducts were not updated and the master bath was swampy in the summer. This little guy does a great job of keeping the athroom dry and its very quiet, like a white noise machine.

This and another dehumidifier are the best I have one in my bedroom closet, master bathroom, and kitchen. I live in SW Florida and it is a must to get rid of musty odors. Thank you Seavon for your consistency and reliability. Also, the product arrived early I also recommend to friends.

Good , keeping my bedroom moist and helping with my nasal issues. Works for whole day before I have to change the water

It worked for two years and four months-not exactly a long life. We switched to another brand with a larger capacity. Seavon did the job, but capacity and longevity were an issue. Service Department was responsive. The company replaced the old unit, even though it was out of warranty. There was no charge for the replacement.

This works perfectly and continues to work

Works great for my kitchen as my back patio door lets in a lot of moisture into the house. The area is mostly muggy and helps a lot to keep the moisture out.
