This is the perfect size for our small bathroom. It is very effective and is so quiet I can barely hear it when it is on. The tank is easy to empty, even my children can do it correctly. The shipping was fast and it was easy to set up.

Update: A representative from the company looking to make the situation right contacted me. The company offered to replace the unit, however, I didn’t want a replacement. The company was kind enough to offer refund. The company asked me to update my review and although I am not giving them 5 stars, I am updating my review to 3 stars because they offered a refund for the item. I honestly I can’t say the item worked as it should for me. However, the company did do their best to remedy the situation which is what I believed any company should do. I am grateful that they complied in that way. I purchased this product in August of 2022. I didn’t really have any issues. I used this product in my bathroom. I would run this unit when no one was showering to decrease the humidity in my bathroom. It just stopped working. I tried different power outlets and the unit wouldn’t turn on. I wanted to leave a fair review after one full year of use. Unfortunately, I can’t leave a positive review for something that stopped working after 9 months.

Purposely bought this for use in travel trailer. It will NOT work off of a wall timer. Very disappointing as previous brand did, which is no longer available.

Perfect for my room!! Amazing quality small dehumidifier! Its compact and easy to use. It keeps my room free from moisture and mildew. Its also energy-efficient, so it doesnt consume too much power. And its quiet, so it doesnt disturb my sleep at night! Will buy over and over again!

It helps keep the moisture off the windows and the mold from growing.( its cheaper then a space heater)

I needed it for the laundry room as the humidity in there messed up the panels on the washer/dryer. Using this while the laundry is on has stopped that from happening. Works as intended. Small size, so fits in small spaces.

Good , keeping my bedroom moist and helping with my nasal issues. Works for whole day before I have to change the water

UPDATE: Year 2 still going strong hand keeping my crawl space dry! I had encapsulated my crawl space, but I didn’t want to install a large dehumidifier. My cabin is just 320 sq ft; so, I figured that a room dehumidifier would be sufficient. I had doubts that it would work because crawl spaces can get pretty humid during summer. But boy, was I pleasantly surprised! This little dehumidifier is super efficient, but most importantly it is TOUGH! It helped keep the crawl space dry, even on super humid days . The wood from the floor joists were BONE DRY! Because of this, there is absolutely no mildewy smell in my crawl space. I bought a second one just in case this one would give out, but, no, it kept going strong without a problem, 24 HOURS PER DAY, day after day. I just couldn’t believe how strong and efficient this little dehumidifier was. Just to note, like with everything else, it has to be cared for. But maintenance is super easy, just common sense: keep the reservoir clean and check the vents for dust and debris (since in my case it’s in the crawl space). I am very happy with this product! I absolutely love it! Worth every penny!

We live in Florida where it’s highly humid, and we were really worried about mould in our home, and with this dehumidifier we’re now extremely on point on the humidity percentage of our condo, it catches so much water we’re in shock! We love it so much and it saved us from mould!
