> 3 dayUpdate: their customer service reached out and sent out a new dehumidifier even though it was just outside the warranty period. Kudos to them for that. The new unit is working like the old one when it was new. Hopefully this one will last. New rating of 4 stars (from the original 1 star I gave it) reflects the product and the customer service provided. Previous 1 star review below. Purchased this dehumidifier for the bathroom. A little noisy but not loud enough to keep we awake being that this was for the master bathroom. When first purchased, it would fill up the reservoir in approx 5 days in the SoCal summer. Towards the end of its life, it would take over 2 weeks before it filled up, again in SoCal summer. So overall Id give the product 4 stars for when it was new. Minus 2 stars for it breaking after 14 months of usage, just past the warranty period. Minus another 2 stars for non-existent customer service (direct message on their website thats linked on Amazons product page) when I reached out to them about possible reseting procedure, hoping thats all it would need. Granted its out of the warranty period so I wouldnt expect them to replace it but it wouldve been nice if they at least replied with some sort of assistance. Anyhoo, if you dont mind a decent working dehumidifier thatll last just past the warranty period, go ahead and buy this. If you want quality product from a quality company with SOME form of customer service, save the money and put it towards something else. Looks like Im on another search for another dehumidifier from a different company because this one a trash, literally.

> 3 dayPerfect for my room!! Amazing quality small dehumidifier! Its compact and easy to use. It keeps my room free from moisture and mildew. Its also energy-efficient, so it doesnt consume too much power. And its quiet, so it doesnt disturb my sleep at night! Will buy over and over again!

> 3 dayI have an office room in our basement and this works perfectly for it! Absolutely love how small it is. It will probably take about a week to fill the reservoir with water

> 3 dayWe placed this in our basement and it brought down the humidity pretty good. It I longer feels musty in that room. Great product

Greater than one weekI got this for our very small basement bathroom (probably less that 14 sq. ft). The water is so hot and the room steams up faster than the fan can accommodate, and the metal in the drop-ceiling was actually starting to rust. I mean, how can you say no to a super hot shower every morning, right?! So I found this. At first, I thought it would fill very fast, but it was slower than I thought. In letting it run from 8am-10pm, in two days, I get about a cup of water out of it (which is a lot for pulling out of the air if you think about it). I did notice that the mirror no longer fogged up with this running, although it wasnt enough to stop the moisture from dripping on the wall right next to the shower (partly due to splatter from the force of the water). It was originally whisper quiet, but after a few weeks, it sounds like a constant hum - like a medium speed ceiling fan. I now hear it when the bathroom door is mostly closed. So, although I wouldnt necessarily leave it on overnight in a bedroom, if you are one of those people who likes the smooth sound of a fan/white noise, you would probably love to sleep to this. Otherwise, Id recommend a closet or running it during the day. Very handy. I think its a good product. Super easy to empty. I wish the cord could be a smidge longer.

> 3 dayThe company was quick to respond and provided the solution to the issue I ran into with my purchase. A new unit met the product specs and performance promises. A great experience from a quality manufacturer. I recommend!

> 3 dayI like that it’s tiny and doesn’t take much space. But it doesn’t really do much. My bathroom is tiny and it would take 8-9 hours to dehumidify it after the shower. I got it because it had so many good reviews. Maybe it doesn’t work for me.. dunno! I wanted to return but seems like I cannot do that after one month.

> 3 dayThis device is a mini-dehumidifier. When I removed it from its packaging, I was surprised at it’s size, which is slightly smaller than the dimensions that were provided on Amazon’s website when I purchased it. However, it is surprisingly effective for it’s compact size! This mini-dehumidifier is highly portable, which only adds to its convenience. I’ve been using it for three days now and it is extracting moisture from the air. If you’re looking for a dehumidifier that’s easy to move from one room to another at your convenience, it’s worth looking into this dehumidifier as an option.

> 3 dayThe humidity in the bathroom was high, but this device has done an amazing job of removing moisture from the air! It has made the air much drier and easier to breathe. Its portable size makes it easy to move to other rooms, and it always gets the job done. Although I wish it came with a timer to control the on/off schedule, its not a big deal and I would recommend it. Note that the second image shows water in the tank after 45-60 minutes.
