Having finished many Dimensions kits I was surprised that the fabric for this kit had loose holes. I.E. Individual threads can be seen around the hole and it is easy poke the hole incorrectly leaving an irregular stitch.

For some reason crewel embroidery kits are hard to find, so I was excited to find this one. Will be beautiful when finished. Price was great, shipping very fast!

I have done a lot of Dimensions kits, and this is my favorite. It is just gorgeous. It looks so amazing framed on my wall. It was one of the first Dimensions kits I ever did and as I recall it was quite complicated.

Very nice design, it goes well with the other Christmas Winter Village designs. I wish they give you enough thread and why do they sometimes hide the symbol when they show the back stitching. That is very annoying. Same problem on my other Dimension Gold design

Really great kit. Takes a long time but worth it!! Really well packaged and organized! Even though its a little pricy it comes with everything and its a beautiful design.

This was the second Dimensions cross stitch kit that I completed and once again I was not disappointed. I did not have any issues with running out of thread like some other reviewers have stated. In fact, I had more than enough of every color. It states in the instructions that if you use the correct # of threads specified for each color, you should have plenty of thread, and that proved to be true for me. This particular stitch requires the following techniques: cross stitch, back stitch, French knot, and couching. Instructions for each are all included, and it took less time to complete than I thought it would because the majority of it is done in back stitches (half cross stitches).

I gave this as a gift for a friend who has been doing cross stitch for a long time. Experience definitely needed due to the complexity of the piece. But it’s very pretty and the colors are awesome!!! And for those that do not like a lot of white, because it gets dirty very easily, this is great! It has white but not as much as other pieces.

Pretty project

I made this and it is a beautiful, stunning piece. Quite intricate and not for a beginner - it is counted cross stitch where you follow a coded pattern - the cloth is blank and not painted on, so as the title suggests, you count the squares. I will have mine framed eventually when I find the time.
