> 3 dayI have been stitching dimensions kits both needlepoint and gold collection since 2002. This kit is definitely not for beginners. It is a challenging one given the shading effects all across the stitch. The final product came out very nice at the end of which I have attached a photo in this review. The Good: Beautiful shading, realistic outcome, literally looking at it makes me feel that I am looking out of a window into the surrounding Tuscan landscape, challenges experienced stitchers particularly in the area to the right of the wine glass The Bad: Ran out of threads, the brown one and the mauve one. Contacted the company and they sent a DMC mapper which isnt very helpful as the shades do not match exactly across brands. Thankfully, had left over threads from dimensions kits I had made earlier which I was able to use and finish. The print on the aida is not straight and that makes it difficult when stitching in the bottom 15% of the aida. It is also hard to distinguish the difference between two printed colors on the aida in some of the areas. Took me a lot of time to really look at the picture and take a call on how to go about it. At the end with all the flaws, the outcome did not disappoint. Took me around 240 hours to finish the whole thing and now it is ready for framing after a bout of needed blocking.

> 3 dayThis lavender field cross-stitch turned out beautifully, so dimensional and the clouds and fields are shaded so wonderfully. It really is stunning, and its probably for a more experienced stitcher because of the various hues of purples, etc, that are used - it can be a bit tricky to figure out just where in the pattern you are! I loved doing it tho!

> 3 dayThis is a complex kit, but thats why I bought it. I separated the colors and put them on individual spools, them put in a holding kit. This is a $5 investment and makes the project go smoothly. For those who are confused by two sheets, simply find the center point on the fabric and work out from the center. What helps with this kit is the number of half stiches. I have been totally enjoying the project and appreciate the complexity! Looking forward to the finished product, and my wife is too!

Greater than one weekI like the design as it gives a Christmassy feeling. I like it that the threads are sorted according to colour, making it very convenient. However, a suggestion would be to have an option to colour code the fabric.
