Great piece of needlepoint to work on. It is beautiful and not too complicated to work on. I gotten many items from Demensions and they have all been great.

im not happy with your product. ive done a lot of needle work kits . this is the worse one ive come across .the pattern on paper ,does not match the color printed on the canvas, im having to guess at what to put in and not to put in.I would not buy anotherone

I purchased this kit to stitch a matching stocking that is out of production. I have a pattern but the Dimensions floss is not possible to purchase separately. Dimensions kits used to be made in the USA but now are being produced in China. However, their quality did not suffer because of this change. I actually prefer the floss already separated on the organizer as opposed to tied together in bundles and needed to be sorted. The fabric is a bit stiffer than it used to be in their kits but it is acceptable to me. For some floss colors there are a lot of leftovers while others are not sufficient. However, the company has excellent customer service and sends missing floss free of charge. Overall, Dimensions kits are of high quality and well designed, with a lot of backstitch and French knots. Dimensions palette is different from DMC floss, especially their blues.

Just got this in the mail. High quality thread very beautiful. Very excited to start this piece of art.

My package did not have instructions so I must go by the picture only and guess at the stitch. Very disappointed. Will not order Dimensions products again.

The design is lovely and the materials are good quality. Its perfect if you are just starting out and want something that is challenging and rewarding, but not too difficult. The finished project is meant to be framed, but it makes a wonderful throw pillow too, if you are skilled in that area.

Overall a very nice kit but only gets 4 stars because: 1. Sometimes the markings on the needlepoint canvas differ a bit too much from the printed instructions 2. Sometimes the borders on the printed instructions dont correspond to the full-color image 3. Overly large ad blurb describing kit features on lower right corner completely obscures the full-color image...and its an area where the printed instructions and the printed canvas are hard to read 4. For some colors, the blending with the overall palette is superb...for a few of them, they dont quite fit in (they could have picked better colors than the stock colors that were chosen, or specified a blended stitch in that area). 5. In a few cases its impossible (on the canvas) to tell where the border is between colors, and you must refer to both the original color image on the kit cover and the printed instructions to figure it out. Nevertheless, it is still a very nice kit that isnt cute, and employs better-than-average handling of shading and perspective, but I would not recommend it for a novice needlepointer.

Dimensions Needlecrafts Counted Cross Stitchare very beautiful and very high quality - no complaints! My wife loves to embroider, and products from Dimensions she loves.
