They look great buuut, do yourself a favor and get an 3/16 drill bit and just mount the screws to the numbers. Then get yourself a piece of 1x6 wood and place it over the number and just hit it untill the screws are in all the way. Thr 3/16 hole allows you to push it and fit pretty snug Also double check the 7 because the holes on the template dont line up with the numbers. I only had trouble with the 7

What should have been the easiest part of assembling was the most difficult. There were flaws on some of the holes in back of numbers that made it nearly impossible to screw in. Also, there was no need to use the caulk when mounting in concrete. They are solid and not going to come out.

Ive tried four 5s and none will screw in by hand. I did not have this issue with the other numbers. This is incredibly aggravating. One out of the four, I was able to screw in with tweezers and it was straight. The others either broke off or were crooked. Quality control!

Very good. There is not much to say about these except they are easy to install and look great. The mounting pins on the back do not match up with one another so they are a bit difficult to install especially on uneven surfaces, but the included guides do help.

Using the stencils didn’t help us a lot, we had to move the numbers around some. One of the pegs broke on the 3, and we had to fix the threads on the number 2 because a peg wouldn’t screw in. Fairly simple other than that, had to make a run to the store for caulk because I didn’t read the directions first.

I liked the shape of the numbers, so ordered a set. Unfortunately, in order to mount it, one must drill 3 holes per number in the side of the surface...and the holes show behind the number. Not pretty. Too late to undo it, as the holes are there! I think it would show worse if one chose the floating method, rather than flush. Oh, and dont tighten the screws into the numbers more than hand tight...theyll snap off. No way to pull the bit out of the number. I just added more silicone to that area, and hope that the other 2 screws keep it snug. All of that aside, the numbers are very simple yet stylish and easy to read.

Look nice, installation is easy enough but make sure you line the numbers up yourself. The bolts are always a little crooked which can make the alignment off. So mark those on the template before you space them out on the wall or surface you’re going to install them on. Clearly there were quality issues early on but these newer ones are solidly made and the bolts are strong and the numbers themselves are solidly made. Do not overtightrn the bolts when you put them in...tighten only by hand, they do not need to be very tight. They will stay put. Add a touch of adhesive to it if you’re concerned about how well they are connected but don’t tighten the bolt into the number with anything except your hand.

Like other say, they look great, but you can’t trust the templates. Looking close I saw that two of the three posts aligned with the templete and the third was slightly off. That slightly was enough to make trouble when mounting though, so drilled only the two holes, then pressed the number with all posted installed into the house to see where the third post left a mark to know where to drill the final hole. Worked just fine. Also sawed the posts much shorter so didn’t have to drill so far into my siding. Such light weight numbers do not need to be mounted nearly that far into the siding. This will help siding and eventual replacement of the numbers. My last numbers where 20 years old and posts snapped off in siding when trying to remove, leaving me to have to grind post below surface before could putty over and paint. These post are cheap cheaper metal, so very likely to snap on removal if mounted their full length.
