Greater than one weekI was so happy to see this new design and bought it right away. However, there is a design flaw that needs to be fixed because the deodorant stick broke off from the base upon pressure, rendering it useless. I hope they can fix this, because it is a fantastic idea.

> 3 dayLoved the refillable factor; not so much the metal base, not sure how that would be for getting through airport security. Seemed to work well to replace the Adidas product I have used for years. Issue is that it broke off during my second day of use. Not a fan of it hitting the floor or having to use my fingers. So basically wasted my money

> 3 dayOn the Yuka app this products ingredients are rated as hazardous. Mind you I expect this with most deodorants, but I was hopeful with the promise of zero aluminum. The deodorant stick does not stay on the insert. It falls off so between it being harmful and ineffective I rate this -10

> 3 dayI like the product except for it fell off the base, so now I have to hold the actual substance to put it on. It should have a way to gradually expose more product as you go, like every other deodorant on the planet.

> 3 dayIn my opinion, it doesnt smell great but thats ok, can try another scent. However, the deodorant itself needs to be attached better - the entire block fell off the 2nd time I used it. Cute design but function is more important than form.

Greater than one week*This is a review retraction update. Product proved to be defective after a weeks use. Previous reviews are correct that the stick breaks with too much pressure. Fact is not much pressure is needed at all to fracture the contents. Not worth the money.* I’ve used aluminum free deod for a while now so I’m used to the difference between aluminum and aluminum free. A lot of comments stating ppl didn’t think this item was great because they still sweat. You have to convert to aluminum free over a cpl of months. Your body requires a period of adjustment. This deod is very well made and works well in my opinion. I live a very active lifestyle and run around a lot. I’m not having an issues with this deod not working. It holds up very well. Smells is subtle & nice. Packaging is modern and well weighted. Haven’t had an issue of the stick breaking off like others said though. I wouldn’t man handle it but it’s sturdy. The lack of continuous plastic disposable packaging is nice. I’ll be placing this item on a subscription so long as it’s available on Amazon. Moisturizing and pleasant deod.

> 3 dayIts definitely aluminum free. I forgot that when you switch to aluminum free that theres 4-6 weeks of funk under the arms until the pores that were blocked by the aluminum are clean and clear. It was a smell I was unprepared for. I realize this is a deodorant, not an antiperspirant, and with that in mind, it did exactly as it should have. If you dont want to sweat so much, its not for you. Aluminum Free is great. It shows how much everyone sweats when their pores arent clogged by years of aluminum use. The stick feels great against the skin, and is silky soft. However, I did have to buy an aluminum antiperspirant. When I can hide away from other people for 2 months, Ill switch to aluminum free. Showering twice, and washing my underarms 6+ times a day just to make myself feel kind of clean doesnt work for me right now. The stick didnt break for me, and the base seemed fine. The container was wonderful. It was beautifully crafted, and very sleek. The only problem I had was that the lid didnt snap shut after the first time. It popped back up just enough that it fell off in my purse. I still wouldve bought a refill, when I switched back to Dove aluminum antiperspirants, if there had been an aluminum option. It seems like a waste that the product with the least amount of plastic comes in aluminum free only.
