I thought this would be a great idea. The deodorant itself is nice but the third time I used it the deodorant broke off of the container and fell in the sink. I tried to put it back on but it breaks off as soon as you try to use it again.

Not good

I really wanted to like this and it gets 3 stars because its heading in the right direction. Too much plastic in the packaging, top does not close with new refill and comes off too easily once it does finally close all the way, so it cannot travel at all. I used this product carefully because I read the reviews but it still broke after only a few uses.

I’ve been looking forever for a deodorant with BOTH environmentally responsible packaging AND socially acceptable body odor control that won’t leave me either wanting to die at the audacity of my own pit odor or sincerely alarmed at the virulence of the rising pit rash at the end of each day, and thought I had FINALLY found the holy grail in this product from a brand that has otherwise always been reliable for me. Alas, no. On second use, deodorant completely sheared off the insert platform and went skittering under the sink of my hotel bathroom, picking up every single speck of grit, wisp of pubic hair and errant toenail clipping that it encountered along the way. I had to fish it out from under the cabinet, scrape off about half the product and then use my bare hands to mash what was left back down onto the insert, only to have it break off again the minute I tried to re-apply. After retrieving again, scraping off the gross parts for a second time only to fail AGAIN, I ended up just breaking off a chunk with my hand and just kind of attempting to smear it into my armpit- a no for me, thanks. A great idea from a usually reliable brand, but, unfortunately, until they get the usability right, I won’t be putting myself through that again.

Loved the refillable factor; not so much the metal base, not sure how that would be for getting through airport security. Seemed to work well to replace the Adidas product I have used for years. Issue is that it broke off during my second day of use. Not a fan of it hitting the floor or having to use my fingers. So basically wasted my money

The product itself is fine. Its deodorant, not antiperspirant, but as long as you know that, no surprises. But the packaging is junk. Its attractive but doesnt fit together well. Because of this, the cap will not stay on, so I could never travel with it. Id love to use less plastics but this isnt the way.

I like the product except for it fell off the base, so now I have to hold the actual substance to put it on. It should have a way to gradually expose more product as you go, like every other deodorant on the planet.

On the Yuka app this products ingredients are rated as hazardous. Mind you I expect this with most deodorants, but I was hopeful with the promise of zero aluminum. The deodorant stick does not stay on the insert. It falls off so between it being harmful and ineffective I rate this -10

I wanted to love this item but it still needs some work shopping. After about 5 uses the stick fell right off the base. I love that a deodorant I love and I know will keep me smelling clean (unlike other ecofriendly deodorants) has an eco-friendly option but while they work out the bugs in design I will have to use another product.

I love the concept. This is an aluminum free deodorant - it typically takes a few weeks to adjust if you have been using an antiperspirant - and it can be a funky adjustment time while your pores detox. My issue with this is after the third time using it, the deodorant snapped off and fell onto the bathroom floor. I was on vacation, and from that point forward i had to apply it with my hands, which was messy. This smelled lovely, worked nicely, but i was disappointed overall. Maybe a push up design would work better - offer support better.
