Pros: Easy to use Compact Prints great Prints fast Cons: Power cord/transformer did in less than a month

I use this print for commercial purposes so it works non-stop. Printer is working well but I wish Elegoo gives a screen protector inside the box, It would save a lot time and money

I enjoy this printer having both a Photon, and a Saturn I found i love the Saturn. The customer service is top notch, i had a minor issues with mine but they were quick to reply and assist me.

I’m really impressed about this printer , And I use it 24H all week , 80% of my prints is complete perfect , { But } !! I face some issues from the beginning , maybe this issues happen for my unit only , or problem happen because of my lack information but let me mention it to you my friend if you wanna buy it , 1: this printer needs more care need more clean , if you print your project without , noting and cleaning without caring !! well don’t buy it 2: From the beginning I would like to mention I note some Little scratches on the screen it doesn’t affect the print quality but it is a strange things brand new screens has some little scratch 3: On few days Some Little drop from resin leaks stock on corner especially , damage the black tape that save the screen from leaking , and if you not care or clean eventually they will destroy you screen of course , so please go back to my first point cleaning and caring is first things you must follow it before you buy this printer 4: Buy spare part , within almost 20 days The FEP sheet , get pissed off on the middle , causing huge Resin leak on the screen directly , print failure of course , and thank God the screen survive , so I buy a FEP sheets , and stop printing for a week because of this failure , And I have a hard time to remove the hardness Resin that cure on the screen 5: after like almost month , sometimes I faced noisy fan sound , I mean horrible sound , like the fan is damaged or something , so I must gently punch the case sometimes to keep that fan noise go away Those my little points I would like to mention to you I hope someone reads it and understand it before you buy it

Excellent Product, was able to print first resin print with no issues. Detail was excellent using the Elegoo Water Soluable Resin. The customer service is even better though. Shortly after my first print, I damaged the 4K LCD Screen Ribbon Cable, by handling the unit a little to roughly while disassembling it (ripped the cable in half). Even though I freely admitted it being my error, customer service mailed me out a new cable at NO CHARGE! My printer is back up and running again. Totally happy that I chose an Elegoo Product.

I had ONE print actually come out that didnt fail. So frustrated with this 3d printer. Im using the Elegoo Plant based photopolymer resin. As you can see in my pic, yet another failure. Ive made exposure adjustments and just about everything else you can think of, but it still fails. Im done with this POS and Im sending it back. I didnt spend $500 to have a 3D printer continually fail.

First resin printer to start off with. Been using FDM for awhile. I wanted to get into doing some detail sculpt. After getting to idea of the supports. It has been putting out awesome work. Also cannot believe what detail I got of a print that was tiny.

RECEIVED THE PRINTER AND AFTER ASSEMBLY IT WAS DOA. IT WILL NOT BOOT. I CONTACTED SUPPORT AND IT TOOK THEM 4 DAYS AND THEY IDENTIFIED IT WAS A BAD BOARD AND OFFERED TO MAIL A REPLACEMENT. NORMALLY IT WOULDNT MATTER SO MUCH TO ME BUT THE FACT IT CAME OUT OF THE BOX DEFECTIVE JUST RUBBED ME THE WRONG WAY. I HAVE BEEN ADMIRING THE ELEGOO SATURN FOR SOMETIME BUT AFTER MY EXPERIENCE I DONT THINK ILL BUY ANOTHER ELEGOO PRINTER. NOTHING BUMS YOU OUT MORE THAN RECIEVING A BROKEN MACHINE.

Amazing printer. Owned and used for a year. Came with a defective build plate, they sent me a new one right away. Other than that, Ive had to replace the fep sheet once about a month after getting the new build plate. Used elegoo replacement fep and its been running strong since. Its a bit loud but only during the startup of the machine, otherwise fine. Build volume is great, just make sure to use ptfe lube every time you go to start a print, on a clean fep, especially for large prints or a full plate. I plan on getting a saturn 2 or better once the lcd screen burns out. Elegoo is top notch, keep it up. Pro tip - on the 4k and above printers turn off anti aliasing, I could have avoided alot of failed prints had I known. It also runs at .03 layer height with great result but apparently can also do .01 minimum...

Jut about ANY 3d printer in this class is better than this FOR LESS. Never buy elegoo. EVER. I used mine exactly ONCE. power went out and i wanted to return it. they said no. Thats not acceptable customer service in this day and age. I told them that their current sale is 80 dollars less than what i paid for the same model. Just let me return it and ill buy the current one for less. I really did use it ONLY ONCE. Thats what i told them and they said that it was out of the return window. Not acceptable at all. I run a dental lab. I need about 10 of these over the next year. NOT one will be from elegoo. Build is crap, customer service is crap, some stupid chinese AI chatbot answered me with a no. Not accceptable. Ill be calling my CREDITCARD and tell them that i want a FULL refund. because it was a credit transaction I will be getting ALL of my 500.00 USD back.
