This product is designed very poorly. It is too big to fit in any standard ceiling or wall electrical box. The wires coming out of the device are only about two inches long…way too short. Lastly, the device does not completely turn off. When I turn it off, the light that it is connected to stays on very dim. I do not recommend, and will be returning it.

Was not what I thought it was My mistake

Had to try several times to get it to hook up to my Wi-Fi but finally got it working. So far, seems to be stable and works with the App and Alexa.

Works fine, easy to config

I bought this because I wanted to see if I could control my new pool light using my Amazon Alexa. I had recently changed out my light to a 12” Pool Baron nicheless LED pool light, so I needed something that would switch both the hot as well as the neutral lines at the same time. More importantly, I needed something that would be powerful enough to be able to pick up my wifi while being installed in a metal circuit breaker box located outside of my home. I chose the eMylo because they use the Tuya WiFi module, which is supposed to be the best as far as strength. The breaker box is outside, is 100% metal (with a 2nd metal cover that covers it), and is about 40-50’ from my WiFi router. I had tried others but they could not pick up the WiFi once the breaker box cover was closed – the eMylo was the only one that worked! I changed out the regular on/off power switch to a DPDT on/off/on switch so I could turn the light on manually if needed, but thanks to this switch I am able to use the Alexa with the Smart life app. Sweet! I had also had some concerns early on and eMylo was very good in helping me out. Five stars!

The code to get to the correct software did not work and the item is too big for a single gang electrical box

I bought this assuming it would come w documentation. I;m not sure what power level its rated for?? AC or DC???

Once I actually followed the directions to the T. it works like a charm. You have to make sure you are using the 2.4GHZ setting on the modem and it works perfectly. Initially it was attempting to connect to a 5.0 GHZ signal and it failed every time. Has been working daily now with no issues for over a month now!!

Actually I was looking for smart switch for room light. But my friend who has old style load cable alone behind the on/off switch.So, I just decided wifi switch we can install at behind the light.I found out eMylo Smart wireless wifi switch and some wifi switch. But eMylo used Smart Life Application and also support Amazon Alexa and google assistant. So, I just choose eMylo for who has already used Smart Life App. Installation is really easy and fast because of socket connector. That connector is really easy and safe to use if you know how to do exactly with this connector. After installation, Smart Life App setup is charm. My friend can use his room light on/off at his cell phone or voice. His old style switch need to turn on all the time. I just turn off manual switch and turn back on the switch and check the wifi connection. This device connect the wifi right away and ready to use. So far so good, this device is pretty great until now.
