> 24 hourI needed Epsom salt to soak a sprain and I was amazed at how hard it was to find this product undiluted. I didnt want with lavender or with chamomile I just wanted Epsom salt! A quick search lead me to this product. I ordered some and waited for it to arrive. Two days later it came and I was very pleased. No perfumed scent greeted me as I opened the bag, the product dissolved quickly and completely so nothing was wasted, and the price was outstanding. This is a big bag so I dont see me going through it super fast, but when its gone Ill happily reorder from this company.

> 24 hourThis stuff works. I put 1-2 cups in a warm bath and sit in it for 20 minutes. It helps with random muscle aches and reduces my stress from being a new mama! Sometimes I have issues with the salt dissolving completely in the bath but you do need to swish the water around a bit before getting in.

> 24 hourThis salt is absolutely amazing for the full-body aches of pregnancy, including my pressure/tension headaches that start at the base of the neck, and it helped immensely with my morning sickness (aka all-day sickness) to the point that I could actually eat after a bath and keep it down. I really wish someone had told me that years ago. Im very sensitive to fragrances so I love that its completely unscented. If Im ever just feeling off in my body, I have a nice long Epsom bath and I feel as though something has been reset.

> 24 hourthis brand of Epsom salts contains magnesium sulphate which is good for my roses. When I prune them each year, I put one cup of Epsom salts in the dirt and mix it in.

> 24 hourThese epsom salts are great. Excellent to put in a bath to relieve body ache, muscle tension, detox, relieve stress, and for flu/cold. Before putting these in your bath you must first add about 1/2 cup baking soda to neutralize chemicals in the water, wait several minutes for it to dissolve, and then add 1 to 1.5 cups epsom salts (for adults) or 1/2 cup epsom salts for children. You may also add essential oils of your choice. Minimum of 20-30 minutes soaked in this bath is necessary. The point of this type of bath is to induce a sweat so that the epsom salt, aka magnesium sulfate, flushes toxins out of your body through the skin. You may feel a bit light headed afterward but that is simply a sign of the detox process. There are many other uses for them but these are the ones I find most helpful for my family, especially when the flu and cold goes around.

> 24 hourA hot bath with a couple of cups of this Epsom salt is very relaxing. I dont know that the Epsom salt is doing much of anything, but I like the ritual. This is also beautifully packaged, which always bespeaks quality. Kind of a ghostly white plastic and a tasteful label design. Really nice. I want to buy the largest size the next time I order. Something I like to have on hand. A little indulgent self-care. Its not going to do you any harm.

> 24 hourThis is really good for you if you have sore muscles or need a good soak. I used this for a soak and felt much better afterwards. Even if you havent had a sprain or arthritis you can benefit from this soak. The product is healthy for you and allows your body to absorb magnesium through your skin. This helps you to relax. I highly recommend keeping this item stocked in your home. This is high quality Epsom salt. It can also be used as a plant fertilizer because magnesium that is in it the plants need.

> 24 hourOne of my treats is to sit in the tub. Adding this to the water makes it even better! I have also used the salts as a planting soil additive and it works great!
