> 3 dayI purchased a 2 camera package and homebase and installed it with no problems. I decided to add a third camera and purchased an add-on unit which installed without problem. After a month or so the new camera developed a flaring problem like there was moisture inside the camera lens. I brought the camera inside and allowed it to dry out and then returned it outside. The same problem occurred again so I connected Eufy Support. Sending them the requested details including a screenshot of the flaring they determined that I should return the camera and they would replace the item. They provided an easy return process which included a label to return using USPS. Once they received the bad camera a new one was sent and I installed once again. It has been running now for a month or two without seeing the same problem. I recommend this product and especially working with the support team. They are really knowledgeable, friendly, and very responsive to getting the issue resolved. Thanks to everyone for their professionalism.

> 3 dayCost twice as much as I paid for the 2C which I have 6 of. Lag is 3 times as much, so communicating with someone is futile. Image is nearly identical, but saved file size 10 times as large. Range is same, saying battery life percentage is nice but I dont really need more than the bars. Thats about all. Not worth added cost over older model.

Greater than one weekNever say never? We were told our data never left local storage. Eufy lied about only using local storage, and is trying to whitewash the other security flaws. I cannot recommend this product, due to the unresolved security concerns and the broken trust with yet another misleading and dishonest company. If you have any Eufy Cameras inside your home, you need to disable or unplug them yesterday! January 17th, 2023 Update: Eufy reached put to me regarding my negative reviews on two of their products, and offered a full refund. I was instructed to simply reply with full refund. I did this, and now they are refusing to follow-through. They reached out to me! Whether by malicious intent or incompetence, I highly recommend avoiding Eufy entirely.

> 3 dayBattery life on the units i purchased doesnt last the 6-months advertised. I have to charge them every 2 weeks. Alerts for all vehicles passing by even when human detection is on. I do not and cannot recommend this product at this price.

> 3 dayI was adding this to an existing system, when first added it would not detect motion nor record, support was completely useless wasting hours of my time. Eventually a quick Google search revealed that support was completely useless and how to fix the issue in 30 seconds.

> 3 dayPurchased a more basic model where the battery failed in a few months. They agreed to replace it with this model, which didnt work from the beginning. Then they simply said that was it. So 2 of 3 cameras didnt work, and now to go to another company I have to purchase another home base as well. I advice picking a different company to work with.
