This product was a great purchase. It performed as expected and does everything the online reviews said. It was easy to install and connect to our WiFi router. The picture quality is great. The motion detection is great. Mounting the cameras outside was easy. I would certainly purchase this product again. I spent hours reading online reviews and researching websites and was leaning toward purchasing the product. As I was asking people I work with if they have any recommendations , a trusted friend said they purchased the Eufy cameras months in the past and are very please with how it performs. Buy the camera, you will not be disappointed. The fact you do not have to pay monthly fee to security company will save you hundreds over the life of the system. You recorded events stay with you in you house, no outside eyes seeing your private files.

I would not want to stake my life on these cameras. They do not always pick up whats going on. They are very finicky with the Wi-Fi. When you want them the most they are very slow. They pick up other motions when set to human only. a large issue I have with them is the distance they can pick up motion. 30 feet or so is ok in the city but outside those close spaces it is not enough distance. The field of view needs to be greater takes a lot of cameras to cover an area. The light is not much use. I like the no subscription part of it, the clarity is good, easy to install. I would recommend them but you need to be aware of the limitations. Im using Wasserstein charging cables to keep them charged so I dont have to take them down. They seal better than the cover that comes with the camera so I dont anticipate any corrosion issues. Working flawlessly so far. Allows you to get better settings without worrying about battery drain and I dont have take them down to charge.

I have “4” of these cameras and would return ALL if my main base and doorbell were not a gift from my kids. Basically zero motion is detected if you are more then 6-8’ from the camera. I’ve set the detection on “7” (highest alert) and people access my property ALL day long for deliveries etc., and the cameras DON’T detect them at all. The doorbell will pick up a human ONCE they access my porch, but no other time. I get random notices that a human was detected and there’s nothing on the screen. The videos randomly dump and clear WITHOUT human intervention. The only good thing I can say is good lenses and no service. These camera’s suck on motion detection!

So easy to set them up and set the zones to record, definitely feel at ease leaving our house knowing these are set up and keeping watch

Super easy installation, long battery life, two way communication, locally save storage without subscription fees, sufficient motion detection, siren alert, and spotlight feature. Works really well in the combination with the homebase to unit and the doorbell camera system

Overall decent camera...wouldve been way better, if the back of the camera wouldve been threaded to screw the mount into, like it was supposed to be.

I have eight of these now around my house I feel very confident in them catching anything that moves in my yard

Overall, Id give the Eufy 2C pro SYSTEM a solid 4.5+ (out of 5). Cons: 1. Camera DETECTION (motion) range is limited to approx. 15 or less feet. Would like 25 feet. 2. The Eufy App that runs on your phone is just ok. Need to improve navigation. 3. Need capability of limiting number of alarms. I would like to ability to insert a 1-2 minute delay after an event has been captured. Otherwise I get back to back to back videos (e.g. 3) of same event. 4. Spotlight works, but night video blurry beyond 10 feet. Stronger spotlight would be helpful. Pros: The WIFI makes It is super easy to install. For the money the system is very good. It has a few issues, but bottom line it does what a security system should do. The spotlight coupled with excellent night vision and human detection provides instant feedback to possible intruders that they have been seen and taped.
