Instructions are not detailed enough

It was exactly what I expected. Although I did have a hard time backing stuff up and Im not sure why but overall it did reset my laptop. My fingerprint scanner dropped writing and i couldnt remember my password. Now i know my password and scanner is working great!

Very easy to use. Just had to follow the instructions correctly and wooalaaah magic.. i can access to my pc again. I really recommend it

They have a wonderful group of folks in their support group. How ever the product and support people did not know how to help me get the product to work. I ended up paying another group $350 to make a new device and then restore my computer.

Nice USB device. Be warned, This will ONLY unlock a LOCAL user account. It WILL NOT unlock a Microsoft user account. If you have forgotten Your Microsoft user password, the only remedy is to reset the computer. This should be stated in the description but is not.

Has this happened to anyone else? How can i actually use this damn thing
