Didn’t work. Returned it.

I was very skeptical because a laptop Ive had since 2005 locked up. I forgot the password. But with looking some YouTube videos, it actually worked!! Tech support was not needed.

Easy instructions, somewhat intuitive and very easy. Worked well for me in getting an inherited laptop operational.

It wouldt work.

Ok. I was dubious of this at first, but I figured Why not? Its less than $20. I even wentvto Best Buy and asked the guys there. They said (The Geek Squad) they would have to reload Windows for me and wipe my data for a minimum of $150. They also told me that this product wouldnt work, it doesnt sound legit.

Never got it to do anything of use.Had gotten a lot farther on my own reading posts from internet. Never could get their so called tech support to acknowledge me at all.No emails,No texts,No calls.Total ripoff!!!
