I followed the instructions I could not get it to work to reset my password I email them they would not get back with me pretty bad customer service if you want to buy a product and if it does not work they will not get back with you

Quick delivery, Instructions were poor, device didnt do anything. Representative responded with links to proprietary information. Not enough info!

After changing the password and not using the system for several weeks, I could not recall the recent password. The version of Windows on this system did not support a USB Boot. I contacted Ezalink team and received an immediate response that has enabled me to access photos and other sentimental communications from family and friends.
