Easy to use, Plugged in and followed simple instructions and it unlocked my Dell desktop password right away. I had been locked out because I could not remember the password.

It works, unsurprisingly! I have an Asus small laptop with windows XP. I didnt use it for about a year since I bought a 15 Gateway laptop. I found it again one day and want to donate it. However, I cant log into it because I forget the password. I bought this to try with no much hope. It took me less than 15 minutes to access my computer again. Glad I bought this.

had an old xp lap top that I had forgotten the log info and admin password had been set apparently. but followed instructions and wa-la! saw all user accounts and could update passwords to my hearts content. Turns out reseting passwords is cOmpletely painless (well if you ignore the hours I had spent on line doing all the other windows recommendations for password resetting THAT DIDNT WORK---- before I bought this beauty which worked like a charm in like 2 minutes I was done and able to resume work). Wish I had bought this first!

This product works as advertised! Plug the USB drive into the computer youre trying to access and with a couple of clicks literally you will access your computer! No problems with this product.

Would not work, use every trick in the book or that I knew and nothing would work, I use a free version of another software and did the job, if you are looking to recovery a password use something else this is a waste of time.
