Ezalink Windows Password Reset Recovery USB for Windows 10, 8.1, 7, Vista, XP. I had Windows 7 and it worked in 6 or 7 minutes. The instructions actually instruct with easy step by step instructions, clearly written with no technical terms to interpret. It works, its easy. I havent spoken to the Support Team, but I assume they would help if it was difficult for someone with little PC knowledge.

Does the job. Simple, easy to understand interface. The USB unit is not as pictured.

My computer accidentally got locked after I let a baby randomly pound on my laptop keys. The product work easily and efficiently.

The product would not work on my gateway laptop. I contacted the vendor an they tried to help. After a lot of attempts by different computer techs I gave up an did a complete reboot an lost all my files.
