This product was an absolute life saver. I recently was given a laptop and the password was forgotten. I literally tried for hours to bypass and reset the password. I cant use it - I cant have my computer do a permanent boot with USB & DVD boot always at boot setting C: System drive as 2nd...I read instructions but did not understand a thing, This is my first time and Im afraid to hangup my computer not what I,m doing...some professional hhas to give me a hand. My laptop had just been repaired, I had it upgraded as well as the screen was replaced and then it was locked up it would not allow me to log in! This did the trick. Thank you.
