Works great

Couldn’t have asked for an easier to use product and if the instructions sent with the drive aren’t enough there are more descriptive ones online.

Doesn’t work

As with all computers, the menu selections on my PC from this tool did not match the written instructions and I had to navigate to what I thought to be correct. I feel the directions should be a little more detailed. I have an email into the address listed on the instructions to get some additional help. (email was sent on Nov 2, 2019 since there was no phone number) I will update my review after hearing from them.

Simply works. Used on Win 10 1809 Lenovo ThinkPad X131e. F12 @ boot, choose USB. Once booted to initial program window, I choose each account and removed the passwords. Next boot, booted to desktop with last used account. Easier than re-install and configure bros computer. As specs state, this will only unlock local accounts, which is exactly what we needed.

It worked right away. Instructions were easy to follow.

It did not work. I sent email for help as instruction stated and no one replied. I got half way through the steps but the software they stated to click on was not listed, therefore I couldn’t move on.
