We werent quite sure how to install it in the beginning but once we contacted the company and they were able to walk us through it it was really easy to install. Other customer service was really friendly.

With other drives like the Firecuda etc really pushing the limits of write and read speeds the Venom8 claiming to be even speedier crept in past all the others (kinda like a FAMTOM DRIVE hyuck hyuck) at a more reasonable price to boot and what is claimed here seems to not just be boasting. For the price point this is a top tier M2 SSD and will give whatever you slap this puppy into the juice you want. Of course like any other M2 drives installation is fairly simple if using this on PS5 just carefully remove your plates look for the M2 installation slot, remove the lid then remove the screw which should be by default where youre going to replace it after you carefully slide the drive into its slot (after applying recommended heatsink of your preference)...replace screw and ofcourse lid and enjoy the new storage you have....its literally dummy proof. A laptop or desktop should be just as simple. Moral being this is a well priced and powerful M2 and will make whatever you place it into sore like an eagle. Recommended highly...comes in a nice package too.

First note, this doesnt come with a HEAT SINK. But it is PS5 compatible. What I like about the Venom 8 is that it is quicker than I thought.

Installation was less than 5 mins and now my PS5 is at 4tb..Money well spent, love it..I have about 26 games on it and still have 3.02tb left..could definitely fit over 75 games..Buy it, u won’t regret it.

Item came in on time, took less than 10 minutes to put in and it’s doing what it supposed to do.

Easy to install. Heatsink cover is very heavy and A+ quality. Heatsink pads are included. 3 types/thickness. This drive is extremely fast. Was able to play COD directly from the drive without and lag. Price was great compared to other brands. If youre installing in a Playstation 5, make sure you order the SSD with heatsink.

Worth every penny!!! Much needed. If you have a PS five super easy to install. Definitely speeds up your PlayStation Consol. Do you know any normally it would take a day download a game I downloaded the last of us, Hogwarts legacy, GTA five, and modern warfare two all in about a half a day, I’ll give this product a five star review!!!!

I’m actually impressed..easy to install an set up. Actually had 2tb of storage to use an nothing hidden on it..haven’t had any issues with my ps5 games playing off it yet..will definitely buy more for my gaming pc

Cheaper than drives of equal capacity and speed. Awesome packaging, works great as an OS drive (or any drive, for that matter).
