I bought this for my PlayStation 5 & it is 100% worth the money!

So far enjoying the SSD. It was packaged well, easy to install, and recognized immediately in bios. I havent run any benchmarks on it yet, but it is blazing fast. On par or better than WD SN850 I replaced it with. I havent bought from Fantom Drives before, but the build quality makes me feel confident that the product will last.

Really great price for a well made and taken care of m.2 ssd. Simple to install into a ps5. Well responsive and as fast as it claims. Came in a very stylish tin and even has a decal to put on the outside of the playstation. Will order again. Got the 1TB product, but they do have a 4tb on their website as well. Heatsink fit perfectly, transfer speed listed a little over 6k, but the ps5 transfered all about 600gb worth of games in around 8 minutes, so Im happy with it so far.

If you came across ps5s Achilles, no more storage after installing 3 or 4 games then this is your answer, installed from start to finish in about 10 mins, instant usable 1tb of additional storage and awesome heat sink to compliment it.

This thing came in a very nice tin package inside another tin . Very nice and nice speed time on ps5 love it . And if you write a review on there website they will send a heat sink for free . Great product great company. Definitely a must for ps5 .

Replacing the hard drive wasnt a hard task to complete, you slide the left cover off (thats on the top left when playstatiyion is laying flat on upright). What you will need to do when the new drive is installed is go to playstation.com and find the software download and install it on a USB drive it is something like ps4update.pup. Then plug in the USB into the blue 3.0 usb port,, you turn the playstation on and put it into safe mode. You hold the power button down and release it when you here 2 beeps. Once its in safemode, you will select option 6 or 7. And then the software will begin to transfer. Now you will need to back up your saved data before you attempt this, this will wipe the playstation. You will be able to use the same usb for this. After all this, 2 or 3 hours later lol you will now be able to enjoy a larger hard drive. Now is all this work worth it, if you dont want to fool with an external hard drive, with connecting it and proper disconnecting it from the playstation then yes. This product is priced right and it does come with directions thats clear and precise. I highly recommend this product, Ive had this installed for some time now and havent had the first issue with it. If any questions please connect, I dont mind the questions.

Got this for my PS5, there are a lot of videos showing how to install a NVMe, thats not a problem. I gave it 4 stars as it comes with multiple different thermal pads and no instructions what so ever about which one to use.
