Works great. I wanted the raphnet adapter but that was way more expensive and out of stock when I was looking at it. Anyway with this adapter the controller was recognized in windows right away. Whammy bar didnt work out of the box, but after installing SCPToolkit (google it) it was properly recognized in clone hero. My biggest worry before getting it was the latency but it hasnt been an issue for me personally. Just hope the cable holds up in the long run, seems a bit cheap and flimsy. Will update if things change.

I bought this to use for Clone Hero. I had an old RedOctane Guitar Hero controller from Guitar Hero II lying around. It worked pretty much out of the box. The complaints that the whammy and tilt for star power dont work is true. Im sure you can do some extra configuration to get those to work, but it wasnt a deal breaker for me so I didnt bother. There is a bit of latency but that can be corrected in-game in the menus. For the price and ease of use, Id recommend.

Works very well with a ps2 sg on clone hero. Only problem is the wammy bar doesnt work, but for how cheap this is its an alright trade

You may need the SCPToolKit drivers (Google it) in order to get it to work 100% but I have tilt and the whammy bar working with my guitar.

Bought this to connect my Guitar Hero SG to my PC. Works well enough for Clone Hero. Whammy bar and Star Power tilt dont work with the version I got (according to other reviews of this product, sounds like that is hit or miss), but I can live without those and keep those controls bound to my mouse. A great cheap and Prime Shipped option.

Does work for the guitar hero guitar. Very sad about this. Now I will have to search everywhere for a ps3 guitar so I can play my games.

Out of the box worked with my ps2 controller for all controls except the L2/R2. Once I found the driver website attached to the bag(as a sticker that originally looked like labeling), I was able to set it up and it works wonderfully on my pc. Definitely a niche product and you may be better off buying an off brand wired controller at this point, but it definitely works if you have spare wired Dualshocks.

This usb adapter works great. This device works with computers and other devices. This adapter also works surprisingly with other game consoles.
