Fixcracked for iPad mini & iPad mini 2 9.7 inch Touch Screen Replacement Parts Digitizer Glass Assembly+ Professional Tool Kit (black)

The screen is as nice as my iPads original screen and replacing it was not too difficult following one of the many existing online walk-through videos. I was pleased to see that the new screen worked great, but dissapointed when I noticed the screen just kept peeling off. The included adhesive is nothing like what held the original screen in place. The old one required a heat gun and a fair amount of arm grease to take out. This one just comes off on its own. If I stand the iPad vertically like a book on a bookshelf, the screen unglues and separates within a day. Two stars for the screen and the included tools, but if you get this, consider also getting a back-up screen adhesive. The seller should include something better.

Was broken when it arrived!!!!

This replacement worked for a little while, then slowly stopped working. It started having phantom touches, then it stopped registering commands on the top and bottom of the screen. Now it will not respond to anything and the home button does not respond.

WOULD give 0 stars if I could. Purchased this for my iPad mini. First one I got had scratches on the film I assumed it was on film. Was getting ready to install and removed all the film and there was a hairline crack. Returned it , I re ordered a second one. I checked everything and installed it , super easy. When I left it for 12 hours to be glued to the iPad frame I noticed there was square lines across the whole glass. I think that’s from the film! I wiped everything down and now I’m stuck with a glass with square lines. I tried to contact them and have had no help. STAY AWAY. Worst iPad mini 1 glass replacement

This is not an easy job and not an easy install - but this kit does help. The tools and everything are very useful. Recommend installing screen yourself over taking it to a cheap Asian place at the mall who use shoddy cheap screens and are forever changing them over a two year period. I got fed up and did it properly myself. No problems yet.

The screen looked vary nice. Although had issues with ghost touches from the begining even after reseting the screen 3 times. And seemed like it had a 15 delay period before it would recognize any touch it happened each time the screen was turned on.

So far so good, took awhile to take off the old shattered screen but this is my first one. Also go ahead and watch the diy videos cause the instructions are not for old eyes

Screen came cracked

It worked fine for about 6 months then it started to fail to the point that I could not use the ipad anymore.
