I couldn’t even use it because it was the wrong size. It shouldn’t even get 1 star. Money in the trash.

If you know what your doing (I don’t) this is an easy repair, I scratched my lcd and left dust behind because I didn’t take warnings seriously. Still works fine

Works great and was simple to install and the tools that come with it are decent quality

Cool, cool. Paid $23 to turn my iPad into a paperweight. My husband had already successfully repaired my cracked iphone screen with a similar kit and figured he’d try his hand at our old cracked iPad. It no longer turns on. We’ve tried everything. Watched every YouTube video. It’s toast. User error? Possibly. I’ll leave another star on in fairness, but my husband is quite tech savvy and extremely handy with just about everything. I really doubt he did something wrong and it seems like some element of this kit caused some type of circuit shortage or...something. Whatever. (I’m much less savvy than him). I’m not sure exactly what went wrong or what specifically caused the device to no longer function at all, but bottom line is this screen replacement definitely didn’t do us any favors. We could have still used the iPad with the cracked screen and now we can’t. Don’t attempt unless you’re not very attached to your iPad.

where to start... I am pretty handy and have replaced multiple screens across all apple devices in the household for years. this is the only screen that we have bought that didnt work after only a few short weeks. i followed the instructions perfectly and yet everything about the screen is non-usable.

This is pure crap!!! All I get is a used messed up screen, no tools, no instructions.....

Touch screen quality is good! Preinstalled Home button is good too. Works awesome! Replacement process is relatively easy. One downside is preinstalled adhesive does not hold well. Long sides of the screen are not glued. Should of use separate additional adhesive. Touch glass itself works great.

Beautiful and easy, never done it before and my screen was SHATTERED. Did amazing, to my knowledge I thought it was just the screen, but it was actually a deeper component needing replacement as my metal shield inside the iPad was dinted... pretty severe damage. In the end the screen I bought worked but the display of the iPad itself was damaged inside, will need to buy that too or give up. Product kit works 100% though! Definitely worth the money! Will just need to perform some more work internally to the deeper damage I was unaware of until opening it up as this taught me how to easy to do with its instructions.

The screen stopped working . The screen goes crazy and pushes buttons alone.
