The item was perfect although I had to supply the adhesion strips in order to secure it. Looks good and work as expected.

I had to send it back because it didn’t have what it said it did so it wouldn’t fix my sons iPad still haven’t gotten it fixed

The screen was easy enough to install, however the instructions are way to small very hard to see. I used a YouTube video called icrackedit which is very thorough. If I’m being nit-picky once you remove protective plastic from the face of the screen it looks like the glue from the plastic left some lines but it’s barely noticeable. Tools are included

I followed a YouTube video to meticously install the screen. After all that, it didnt work. Im not sure what v I did wrong. I was very careful, and methodical, stopping at each step to watch each procedure before continuing. After that failed I bought a used iPad for 2x than the screen.

First and foremost and I learned the hard way, POWER DOWN THE DEVICE AND DISCONNECT THE BATTERY CLIP!!! You will blow the backlight fuse and even though you have a nice new screen, you won’t be able to see it. The fuse is literally the size of a grain of sand and you cannot repair it at home. The screen has an odd mirror effect that the original ones do not but once you’re passed that, can’t complain. Until your kids break it two more times. Ughhhh

The instructions provided where not easy to follow, ended up using iFixit instructions. Went on easy enough though you do have to remove the LCD down to the battery to get access to the cables. The included adhesive isnt enough to hold the screen in, if I wasnt putting this in an enclosed case I would consider purchasing another screen adhesive. Also my supposedly included sim tool and screen cleaners where not in the box.

We bought this product as a cheaper alternative to replacing an iPad Mini screen. I am fairly tech-savvy and was able to remove the old screen (which was shattered abs splintering) and reattach the new in just under an hour. Not bad for my first attempt. The device not only works great but looks great now as well. Everything seems to function just like new.

It was defective. Continues to act like the screen is being tapped, when it is not being touched.

Not a easy task but that was expected for trying the first time. When first ordered it did not come with tools and wrong size screen in the box, however I immediately contacted the seller and they sent the correct item and tools. Would buy again if need be but I hope I won’t ever need a new screen.
