> 3 daythe people who make products why wont you look at it from the stand point of the customer. tonearm adjustment is a joke when you can barely see the numbers. no place for the 45 adapter. finish is so dark you cant see the wood grain.

> 3 dayNoticeable upgrade from the RT81 model. Bamboo looks sleek. My setup uses a bellari preamp, Sony receiver, and passive Sony bookshelf speakers. Recommend adding in a record weight for stability and added audio improvement. Make sure to grab a vinyl record cleaning kit. The Ortofon stylus on this turntable is great at picking up the slightest amount of dust on a record.

Greater than one weekThis is an amazing turntable. A huge step up from my Audio Technica LP60. A gorgeous and heavy table that looks and feels like quality. The OM10 cartridge sounds excellent. This table is also a great investment since it’s easily upgradable to a red or blue Ortofon cartridge. This will be by go to table for years to come. Exceptional value.

Greater than one weekThis TT is amazing. Easy to setup had it running in 20 minutes. Packaging was a-1 and looks awesome. Sounds great on my Yamaha RX-A2080 and klipsch setup. You won’t be disappointed with this turntable. Do it push the buy button!

Greater than one weekExcellent sound quality. If youre new to vinyl collecting just note there is some assembly required but the instructions are pretty clear. Also note that this does not have a built-in preamp so you will need to hook this up to a sound system that has one, such as one with a Phono input. If you dont have one youll need to buy the PA10 Preamp from Fluances website, its about $100.

> 3 dayThe Fluance RT 82 came with the OM 10 cartridge, which I was looking for too. I own a couple of cartridges; Ortofon Concorde MK2, OM Pro S, and Audio-Technica AT-VM95E. My favorite is the OM Pro S, and it has great bass and amazing sound quality (the other two are great too). I bought the RT 82 as an upgrade for my vintage Technics SL 235, and I thought the OM 10 cartridge was a win-win for me. It has a cool design and looks. However, I am disappointed with the T 82 sound and the OM cartridge (probably I got a crappy one). The sound quality of the bass is not match to my SL 235. I switched cartridges (and switched the pre-amps and used different pre-amps), and the sound quality of the RT 82 improved, but the sound of my SL 235 was still better. You will get a good sound with the RT-82 if you get a decent cartridge (OM Pro S, MK3, or better), and I still recommend the RT 82 if you need a good turntable.

> 3 dayOnly thing missing for me in this model is a strobe and variable speed. Seems like it is on target regardless, I like this turntable and cartridge. Running it direct via the supplied 3ft cable to my AV receiver Phono input.

> 3 dayThis turn table is pretty nice. I upgraded from a briefcase record player. Had no idea how much those are trash. Balancing the tone arm is an art and setting everything up is pretty straight forward. It’s a work of art to look at. Chose to go with rt-82 for its ability to upgrade to be equivalent to an 85 if I so choose in the future. I totally love this turn table.

> 3 dayAfter researching various turntable models, I went with the RT-82. With the purchase of a pre-amp and set of speakers playing vinyl is truly enjoyable. Highly recommend.
