> 3 dayFor $250 I really hoped for a case. I’m a master electrician and owner of an electrical contracting business. I never get tight with money for good tools or safety products. I also make sure to take good care of my tools so they can take care of me. This is a very nice meter and will serve me well. It’s too bad that a $250 tool Doesn’t come with a provided case to protect it from damage. If you buy this meter be prepared to spend an additional $50 for the fluke hard sided case. 4 stars because fluke is the best. (-) stars for being greedy and not throwing in even a soft side case.

Greater than one weekGreat meter and I am sure it will keep me safe in what electrical and hobby use I do at home. I have other meters for low voltage work, but not one for working in electric panels and higher amp work. The fluke 117 fits my needs and its better to be safe than sorry. I only wish they would have supplied a soft carrying case like most other meter dealers do, but that being said Ill find a work around.

> 3 dayThe photos show a small hand size meter with 117c on them but what you get is a larger 117 meter. Photos are misleading. I chose this meter because it was supposed to be pocket size but it’s much larger.

> 3 dayGood DMM, a shame Fluke didnt add more features to this meter when it seems lower quality brands have more features. However its hard to beat Flukes design quality even is this model. But in reality it has all that anyones standard use needs.

> 3 dayThis is expensive but you definitely get what you pay for with Fluke! This is one of the best multimeters I have ever seen! It would be nice if it could measure inductance, but other than that it’s perfect.
