It does what it is meant to do. I wish it had more features but for what you pay, I guess you get what you get. It is a Fluke which is really hard to go wrong with!

Fluke is tops. Has all the functions that I need in my job.

I have 6 meters and they work fine. The standard is Fluke.. very pricey but I know I can trust it

Good meter but the meter looked like it had been used a little when I got it. They also say it was made in USA its not also I didnt get any kind of case for it

Like others, I agree that Fluke products are generally excellent. However, the plastic-coated probes are an insult to the otherwise excellent quality of the meter itself. Fortunately I have other probes from Tektronix and even earlier purchases of Fluke accessory probe kits that I can use instead of the stiff, wrinkled set that came with the Model 117 meter.
