For $250 I really hoped for a case. I’m a master electrician and owner of an electrical contracting business. I never get tight with money for good tools or safety products. I also make sure to take good care of my tools so they can take care of me. This is a very nice meter and will serve me well. It’s too bad that a $250 tool Doesn’t come with a provided case to protect it from damage. If you buy this meter be prepared to spend an additional $50 for the fluke hard sided case. 4 stars because fluke is the best. (-) stars for being greedy and not throwing in even a soft side case.

Its a fluke. A good meter to trust. Bought for cap and diode check functions it is very accurate. A 470uf electrolytic reads 470uf. As far as I know these are the only handhelds with a fast digital bar graph. Great for discovering noise or poor connections in circuits.

Even though this is their moderarely priced model you can definitely tell this unit brings with it the Fluke quality. I had never really used a high end multimeter before but was easily able to figure out how to use this model without referencing the manual.
