Fluval A20061 X06 AquaStop Valve

fluval is garbage. thats an expensive cardboard box ,cause the thing is made out of cheap thin plastic an must of been drawn up by Architects and Engineers fresh out of college

Ive had 2 fluval 406s running for 8 or 9 years. Each time theres an issue its this part that resolves it. Ive only had to purchase it 3x for the 2 in that span. Even if its not leaking the air tight seal may not be air tight after a while

On mine the body was leaking. Replacement came with a broken handle in the box. Shipping box was fine. I needed the part immediately so I took the handle from the original and placed it on the replacement. Not a happy camper. And what happened to prime two day shipping.

This is a replacement for the original part that started leaking after about two years, so as for what I liked most is not having to clean up the water that was leaking from the pump

I bought 2 of these. I haven’t had any problems. If you don’t set it in properly and force them down will break.

As usual, they work great, for a while, and then they go South. Im gradually switching over to different filters because of all the parts you have to continually replace on the Fluval filters.

This fixed my aquarium pump.

Arrived quickly. Push the valve assembly firmly into the seat and youll never have to worry about the locking lever breaking off. It will actually lock itself in place.
