This watch can do a lot more than I thought lol. I admit I did not read the description , apparently it can connect to your cellphone (apple included) so he can play his music and track health etc. If you don’t like the band it’s easy to switch out.

So far this has been a great watch. I rarely use all the features, but its nice to know its there if I need it. Primarily I use this as my every day watch. I wanted something with sleep tracking, activity tracking, and a long battery life.

El reloj desde el primer día que lo recibí marcaba mal los pasos, marcaba pasos mientras estaba en reposo e incluso mientras se dormía además la función para calcular la saturación de oxígeno en la sangre no funcionaba, el servicio técnico de garmin no me dio solución durante dos semanas y solo me compartían links en su página en la sección de ayuda lo cual ya lo había consultado yo antes de recurrir a la ayuda de un técnico. Por ese motivo decidí regresar el dispositivo.

Honestly the watch is slick, great battery life and function. I bought primarily because it is more rugged and has a significantly longer battery life than most smart watches - especially with the solar charging. However, one big request from me was an accurate heart rate monitor - and while working out it was completely inaccurate. My heart rate would be around 160 and the watch was reading 90-100. No tattoos on my arm or anything to impede. Give the issue a google and see for yourself - it’s common for this watch.

This watch has everything I was looking for in a smart watch. It is very comfortable to wear.

Ive used Garmin products for many years starting with a yoke mounted GPS for my airplane. This watch fails to capture flights of stairs (I climb 17 stairs many times daily with 10.5 feet between floors. It captures about 25% of those trips. I hate the silicone band and it may be a standard 22mm width band but the pins required are not standard. They are very large in diameter making many replacement bands incompatible. The safety features of Garmin Connect are very nice and reliable and a primary reason for my purchase. I find the silicone band too irritating to get the benefits of the sleep information. A reasonably priced quick release stainless band would benefit this watch significantly.
