> 24 hourSo far, so good. Nothing to complain about with this very well made etherCON-compatible audio cable which allows you to send four audio (or DMX) signals over a single CAT6 cable rather than have four long XLR cables snaking across your studio or stage. The cable is thick and robust and clicks-in securely to the GearIT 4-channel extender boxes Im using with the cable. The etherCon-style housings surrounding the RJ45 connectors on the ends are metal - assuring a solid connection with the extender boxes. The plastic RJ45 connectors themselves look rugged and fit securely into the etherCON housing that has a pre-molded metal shape on the inside that the RJ45 slides into to securely orient and hold the RJ45 in the proper position. A professional cable that sounds great.

> 24 hourThis ethernet cable works great for keeping my internet speed quick on my computer. It was easy to connect, and the cord length was perfect for my office area. The cord is also on the thicker side to keep it from getting worn out over time.

> 24 hourThis is a very nice cable with a premium feel. I knock a point off the sturdiness as the XLR style locking connector is plastic, but otherwise its perfect. Can work for ethernet or with an EtherCON device, as the inner connector is standard RJ45 (Cat6). In my testing data transfers went as expected and the device performed well. I give it a 5/5, for the pricing and convenience it works great.

> 24 hourFor those of you not familiar with EtherCON cabling, theyre sort of a cross between Ethernet and XLR analog audio cables. Like XLR, they use a strong and durable latching mechanism to hold the cables into their jacks. The difference is that they arent wired like XLR; they are Ethernet with RJ-45 connectors, but these are fitted into special aluminum housings that just look like XLR from the outside. You COULD plug these into standard Ethernet switches, but only by disassembling the housing.

> 24 hourI tested with stereo audio and mic signals over a TRS to ethercon adaptor. I did not observe issues with signals interfering with each other or with outside signal interference. The cable latched in and ejected from the adaptor units as expected with the press of a release button. Appears to be a fairly heavy duty cable. I did not notice any problems or issues with it and dont really see anything that would need changes either.

> 24 hourI wanted to start off by saying this cable does it jobs and works as intended. I wish there was more information to provide, but just for testing purposes, I wanted to make sure the cable was a CAT6, so I unscrewed the end housing to test the quality of the cable and it does in fact handle the correct speeds that are listed in the informational page. This is a quality product and thank you for a great product!!!

> 24 hourHave a decently large home studio facility and I was all too happy to reduce a lot of my XLR cable clutter by switching to EtherCON cables and a few multi-channel XLR over EtherNET extenders I now have two sets of mics (4 each, formerly fully on XLS), connected to a 4 channel XLR over Ethernet box, connected to this EtherCON cable, which runs to the other size of the studio, into the other wise of the 4 channel XLR over Ethernet box, where I have very short XLR runs from it to my board. These cables are also great for DMX for lighting purposes or AES for digital audio as well. And because these EtherCON compatible cables connect like typical XLR type cables they cant just pull out easily, which is great. These cables are REALLY high quality. Would highly recommend.

> 24 hourI got this cable to connect a 4 channel digital snake in my home studio. I am very impressed with how well made this cable is. It works great with the digital snake and sound quality is fantastic. I will use this company again for other cable needs.

> 24 hourThis cable is being used with a digital snake on half of my drum microphones. Prior to getting this cable, I tried an unshielded cat5e cable (regular ethernet style) and when +48V phantom power was applied, I got a really bad hum out of my monitor. I swapped that CAT5e cable for this cable and now I have ZERO noise. This is a very well made cable and I highly recommend this product!
