Very convient for product and easy to set up I found it to be

It fulfilled my needs to add outlets to one wall that could be controlled with my Alexa

The app is no longer available, basically just an expensive surge protector now.

The smart plug does not stay powered on. I have to repeatedly push the power button throughout the day. I moved the plug to several outlets in my house to make sure it wasn’t the outlet. It’s definitely the device.

3 outlets can be on a timer and 3 are always on. The 3 on the timers can be individually programmed. But can only be turned on/off via the app

Will not connect to the internet and no one answer the number for support.

Needs to be a 5GHz not a 2.4GHz. This should be annotated in the description. Voltage shows 5 on description, however, the 2.4GHz isnt shown until the very LAST note after you click on See product details Fortunately we can return things, but its still frustrating as it gets.

I’m a licensed esthetician and I own a waxing and skincare studio so I purchased this for my wax pot so I don’t have to leave my house as early(I’m not a morning person) lol! It was a little difficult to setup just because I felt like I had to touch my phone to the plug to get it to pair to the app. But once I got it paired I setup a schedule for it to turn on my wax pot every morning 2hrs before work, and my wax is perfectly melted! Love this!!❤️
