I got this extender to go into my office space to work with my Alexa so I could set up automations for my work equipment. The reason why I’m giving it three stars is because the instructions provided suck. It took me a minute to figure it out how to set it up. I ended up coming back to Amazon to find out which app I was supposed to download to set it up. The instructions provided didn’t have that. Also it keeps falling out of my outlet. The extender not even full and it keeps falling out. I wish all the outlets could be smart outlets but you get what you pay for. So until I get some many to upgrade. I’ll just use this one. So I wouldn’t recommended to a friend.

This DOES NOT work with 5G network. They ask you to change your settings on your Internet to accommodate to 2G. Why should I change what Im paying extra for on my internet just to make this plug work? Doesnt make sense

Satisfactory in terms of product material quality it works stably and smoothly and I recommend a quality product

Product stopped working after 2 months. Stopped connecting to network. Now I cant get it to go into pairing mode

Unable to use this device. Very unhappy. Device is not detectable.

The product did not work. I followed all the instructions and even called my wifi provider but still did not work.
