Giro Fixture MIPS Adult Mountain Cycling Helmet

This is not like the bike helmets I have traditionally worn. The lower back is different. Not uncomfortable, just different, the lower back of the MIPS is not something I have worn in the past. When I first put this on it did feel a little off but after a few cranks on the bike, I forgot I had it on at all. I would buy again.

Fits great, visor is awesome, dont even need a hat with it, good temple and back protection coverage, a helmet is so important

The universal sizing is optimistic for a large, and significantly smaller compare to my older Giro 55-63 cm large, and is really a small-medium.

I had a recent crash and wanted a helmet with a little more coverage than my last one. I wouldn’t say this is quite as comfortable as a Smith helmet, but you can’t beat the price.

Feels as comfortable as most cycling helmets. As with any item like this, I hope it works as expected when needed. I like the air flow while riding. I would like to see helmets more colourful.

For the ~50$, depends on the color and discount, sometimes can be even lower than 50$, the helmet is probably the best you can get for the money. Plus it has good 4star safety rating from Virginia Tech Helmet Labs and pretty comfortable as for me.

Simple helmet that is well designed. The money is worth the piece of mind.
