It definitely sticks, if it folds onto itself that piece is going in the trash. I will soon find out if it’s really waterproof when it snows or rains

I am gonna give this tape a real waterproof test, as I used it to repair the seams on my pool solar cover. The solar sits in the water for days, so we will see how it holds up. So far so good. This roll is a little pricey, given how short a length of tape you get. So hopefully it lasts.

I used it to repair a pool cover that had frayed in the weather. Its EXTREMELY sticky, and adhered very well. Not sure Ill ever get it off (if I wanted to!).

Gorilla products are normally great, but this product was far from that. I tried to wrap up a low pressure waterhose that had a small cut in it but the water pressure ripped right through this tape. The tape stayed stuck to the hose but within less than 1 minute had a large slit ripped open in the side. It may work better for other repairs because it is very sticky on 1 side, but it did not work well for me.

Used on an inflatable waterslide & it worked. The surface needed to be dry first & the tape needed warmed as well.

I was just trying to repair a leaking water fountain after trying all sorts of other products. I applied the tape all over with overlapping layers. It was easy to use and adhered well, but did not eliminate the leak.
