> 24 hourI absolutely love this magnetic pincushion. This is my third one. I have one for quilting pins, one for sewing pins, and one for safety pins. Now I need another for paper clips!! This is truly one of the best inventions ever. I’m not the most careful person when I remove pins when I’m working. Well this cushion (of hard plastic) takes care of all my concerns. We have 2 Bengal cats that go after anything they’re not supposed to have so I’m constantly concerned they will find a stray pin and get hurt on it. This Grabb’t takes care of that concern and makes my job and cleanup SUPER EASY!! All I have to do is pick it up and run it over the table (or wherever) and it “grabs” all the stray pins - just like magic!!! I love love love this accessory - and feel every person, seamstress, quilter, or not - needs at least one of these Grabb’ts. ❤️❤️

> 24 hourI go through spurts of sewing. Recently I was making face masks for friends (Covid 19). I ordered it because I was tired of pins all over the house. Love it! I plan on ordering a second one to keep at the ironing board area as I press and remove pins there. One will stay at sewing machine. Came quickly and well packaged.

> 24 hourThis is my second Grabbit, and there will be more, one for each kind of pins I routinely use. Its so much easier to pick up or put back a pin from a magnetic holder than a box, wrist pin cushion, etc. that Im never going back. The pins that come with it are also nice quality, although there arent a lot of them. Right now, with two of these going, I tend to leave my two main kinds of pins on the Grabbit, with more in a small plastic lidded box if I have a whole lot of that type of pin. But itll be easy to sweep them all into another container if I need to use the Grabbit for specialty pins. If you sew, quilt, or craft using pins, you want this.

> 24 hourLove this pincushion. Okay, it is not a cushion, but a plastic plate/bowl sort of thing with a magnet inside. It grabs the pins really easily, and you dont have to worry about which end is up. Since the pins that come with it have balls on the ends it makes them easy to grab. The magnet tends to make the pins line up parallel to each other so that helps too. I bought this on a lark a decade or so ago, and really thought I wouldnt care all that much for it since I was used to a traditional pin cushion I could stab happily. I changed my mind. Mine got destroyed recently so I just bought replacement, and picked up another for my daughter. The pins that come with the Grabbit are long, balled and sharp. When I first bought one, I fell in love with the pins too, and couldnt find replacements. They do sell the pins separately now, too. Two more pluses to this contraption: you can turn it upside down and wave it close to the ground or your table to pick up dropped stray pins without needing to search. They get picked right up. I keep my small sewing awl on here as well, and it has become slightly magnetized. I put the tip against the ball end of the pins as I get to them while sewing on a machine. They slide right out sticking to the awl, ready to be dropped back onto the pin cushion. Word to the wise: dont drop the pincushion. The magnet inside mine broke in half when I did and it was never quite the same.

> 24 hourThis is exactly what I was looking for! I am newer to seeing and I wanted something to hold my pins. This works perfectly! The base is magnetized enough to hold all 50 pins with no problems. I have not tried to use more than the pins provided. Very convenient.

> 24 hourI wish I had bought one (or more) of these years ago. It really speeds up my sewing when I don’t have to put pins back in the pin cushion, just get them near this magnetic dish as they stay. Makes pins easy to grab also. Just be careful not to get other metal objects near it. I accidentally got my fabric shears too close and was afraid I wasn’t going to be able to pull them away, the magnolia pretty strong.

> 24 hourThe magnetic base makes it a lot easier to corral the pins & reduces the chance of pins falling on the floor.

> 24 hourI bought this pin cushion because I wanted to place to safely set my needles while sewing. The product is just the way it looks in the picture and it did come with the free pins. The magnet is strong and holds the pins in place easily. This item is also a good size, fits in your hand, while still being big enough to hold plenty of pins. Its light weight and easy to move wherever you need it. I didnt give five stars because it think it needs to have some kind of non-slip bottom to hold it in place while you taking pin from it. Right now its really easy to slip across any smooth surface which is something to be aware of. Otherwise its a great little tool to have around.
