super powerful!! Holds all my pins and even comes with some as well! I just keep it next to my sewing machine so that when I pull a pin on the fabric I just drop it on the magnet and it sticks securely into place!

I have owned these before. But they always come up up missing??? These magnetic pin holders are the best for fast sewers to pull out pins as youre sewing on your machine and drop pins onto it.

Purple Grabbit magnetic pincushion has a very strong magnet and keeps the pins in place. This is my favorite brand for a quality item. I loved the purple & gifted this to a granddaughter that Im teaching how to sew.

This is so great! I was kind of skeptical just looking at it...thinking that the pins not right up against the surface (like if you have a pile) would not stick. Wrong! This magnet is so strong. It was so fun because I also bought new pins. I took them out of their packaging and just put them on my table. I turned this pin holder upside down over them, and they all just jumped right up into it! I could hold it upside down, and all the pins stayed! The base is heavy enough that when I am grabbing a pin off of it, it doesnt slide around on the table. Im really happy I bought this!

works great to keep pins readily available in one place and not on the floor! Powerful magnet lighter than old one my mother gave me years ago. I really like it.

Easy way to carry pins from one area to another without spilling them all over. Easy to keep in my hands and made my work so simple. Thank you

Ive purchased 3 of these now, as I have separate rooms for fabric cutting and sewing and was finding that one always made it to the wrong room, lol. The 3rd was mostly to get more good pins & because theyre fun colors. Definitely recommend. Just be careful around your other tools - the magnet is strong & itll grab anything steel!

I love this thing. Why didnt I buy one years ago? Probably because I dont do a lot of sewing. But every time I do, keeping track of the pins is always a problem. And I live in fear of dropping them on the carpet and being unable to find them. This makes it so easy to grab pins when you need them and toss them back when you dont. The wide flat area is great because you dont even have to be really accurate when you drop the pins onto it. This definitely qualifies as one of those gosh I wish I had thought of this idea years ago items.

I bought a 2nd one after trying out the 1st one I bought. So much easier than a pin cushion. I actually use one for pins and the other for mini clips! I dont think Id buy another traditional fabric pin cushion again. I have not lost a pin ever since Ive gotten this!
