My kids from 8-21 all enjoy the game. High quality cardstock makes it even better. Planning on getting another for the adults, so the kids don’t love my game out of existence!

This game works for anyone over 10. I mean ANYONE. My teen and pre-teen love to play complicated board games so they struggle to find games that they enjoy and their grandparents (and parents) who prefer a more simple game can play together. This game is pirate themed but plays very much like a trump based game with a standard deck of cards so its not foreign to older people. And its a good introduction to standard playing card based games to my kids who think theyre too cool to bust out a boring deck of cards. Plus the game play is just plain fun. A definite win.

One of my familie’s favorite games. My youngest, 6 is a master at it! Definitely an enjoyable game (though watch out, stress can get high! Haha)

It’s a trick to learn all the rules but it’s easier to play and learn as you go. We are so addicted to it that it has become our game night staple!

Such a fun game. It’s even more fun when I don’t have to keep score and someone else does. Scoring is a little confusing.

We have had this game for exactly 6 days and have played it about 25 times, not even kidding. My kids (ages 12 and 9) love it and so do I. The cards are colorful, the game requires good strategy but there are some cards thrown in that make strategy go out the window (like the Kraken card -the family favorite). It makes it a lot of fun. We played the first few games without the expansion cards, then added them in once we got the other rules down. We definitely recommend this game!

This is such an awesome game! My whole extended family and friend group has been buying this because it’s so fun to play with small and large groups! Grandpa Beck has some other fun games as well.
