> 24 hourI like the design just not the material of the cup itself.

> 24 hourIve only tried it once, but so far it seems like exactly what I was looking for. Larger size that will be useful for using as a bowl as well as a mug. Soft handle might take some getting used to.

> 24 hourThis GSI backpacker mug is one of my favorite peices of backpacking equipment. I easily pop the cup out of the sleeve to measure water for my freeze dried meals. It keeps my hot drinks hot. The handle takes no space and works great for clutzy me. The lid stays on well. I have used it to prep real oatmeal in the evening and let it soak (upright) in both bear cans and hanging food bags. I have put both the sleeve and cup separately in the upper rack of my dish washer. I dont notice flavor funk on it. Uber lightweight. So much better than using my pan as a coffee cup.

> 24 hourIt’s not a revolutionary item but it comes with nice features. It has graduated measurements on the side of the cup so it can work as a camp measuring cup as well as an insulated cup. Its only a single wall plastic cup but the covering looks like nylon backed neoprene. It’s not very thick but I can guarantee it holds hot coffee longer than a stainless camp cup. It’s very light and the cloth handle is actually still very useful and tucks out of the way for storage. The lid is spill proof when sealed and the rubberized bottom will let it rest at a pretty steep angle without sliding. With proper packing the cup could effectively hold multiple beverage mixes, cooking spices, or even pre-prepared recipe portions. All in all it’s a handy cup that I think wiould be a welcome bit of kit to anyone’s camping and hiking accessories.

> 24 hourThis is a great mug to clip onto your backpack when going on overnight hauls where a cup of coffee in the morning is a blessing. The measurements on the cup are also very useful if you are measuring out water for MREs. My only complaint is that the cup easily slides out of the sleeve. In order to avoid this I just put a thick rubber band around the cup. Seems to be working great so far!
