> 24 hourThis is a pretty simple product, so there isnt too much to say - which is good. Solid, easy to assemble, does well what is supposed to do. I like the wire solder guides that clip in; I had another holder where the guide was made from flat metal that was screwed on. That one constantly lost screw tension and just hung limply.

> 24 hourThe stand is heavy which is a very good thing because it does not tip over when pulling out fresh solder from a fresh roll. Thin solder can be pulled easily on the supplied plastic spindles, which are easy to remove and replace from the rear. If your solder is breaking youre pulling too fast. Assembly is easy and Hakko includes a exploded view for assembly. If you cant assemble it you probably should not have a hot iron around anyway. I keep it on my workbench, so I cant say anything about the handle other than it has one. It also has a ground screw which is a real bonus for using with a anti static grounding mat. The cheap stuff often uses the word professional when it obviously is not, but the Hakko actually is.

> 24 hourNice having to sizes of solder on hand when I need. I keep 2 different sizes so when I need the smaller for fine work or the larger for soldering large compenents.

> 24 hourSturdy and stable. Fits Kester and Chipquik solder spools. Tidies up my bench to have fine and thick spools in one spot.
