> 24 hourYoure required to use a downloaded app to install and turn the plug off/on. However, the app youre instructed to use doesnt list this plug as an option during setup. I tried all the available options for wifi plugs (even though none of them looked close to this product) and none worked. Unable to get the plug to be recognized during setup. Sooo, I basically have a regular plug... Also, not sure of its description accuracy that it is outdoor and wet rated. I expected covers for the plug outlets and it doesnt have them.

> 24 hourThis product could not be more useless. The app is not user friendly and you have to tell Alexa to play nice with it and then within a few hours it disconnects. The app stated the connection was too weak. It was well within range of my Wi-Fi. Would not recommend. I returned them. edit: after receiving a new one from the seller, it works great! this device sits outside in the snow and rain about 40 ft from my router and it has stayed connected. I would have given it 4 1/2 stars if possible only for the fact that I cannot control each plug separately like my other outdoor wifi plug.
