I got it set up to work with Alexa. I’ve got it running night lights on my back porch and patio. A few times a night they will shut off for only a second and then turns right back on. A bit frustrating but at least they turn back on I guess. Wouldn’t get it if you need something super reliable

Being able to remotely turn on lights without having to be home

I used this for my outdoor Christmas lights, and it worked perfectly. I was able to set each of the 3 outlets individually, set timers, or turn the lightsoutlihts on or off with the Smart Life App. Works well with Alexa and Alexa App. I purchased 2 and would purchase more if needed.

Works as advertised nothing to dislike

They are not really independent plugs when using with Alexa, only when using the product app which is also very difficult to configure. Also when you try to link to Alexa from their app, it keeps giving an error, no matter if the app is updated to last version.

This thing is so easy to set up with the app that anyone can do it. Works from pretty far away and has three separate controls for each of the plugs!

This device works well with the HBN or Smart Life App. But when you add the device to Alexa, it comes in with only one outlet/switch. So Alexa can control only 1 outlet. The other 2 outlets dont exist and are unusable with Alexa. I worked with technical support for a week and they were unable to find a way to get it working properly with Alexa.

This product would not work with Alexa and the special app is extremely cumbersome to use I would not recommend this product

I plugged in two sets of outdoorChristmas lights (originally it was going to be three, never got the third set up) and programmed the on/off times. It went off and on at the correct time very day. The plug hangs under the overhang of my room so it doesn’t get snow or rain, the coldest temperature so far has been 12 degrees F. It work exactly as I needed it too. It’s a little bulky, as you can see in the photo bd there wasn’t. Way to hide it in the needed location - that may not be true for your application. I gave four stars because the set up directions are confusing and could have been written better, they also could have been written in something other than a micro-sized font.

This unit does not work in the application I needed. Therefore,I cannot rate its performance. It appeared to be well constructed.
