I bought this smart plug for my outdoor Christmas lights. So I haven’t used it yet. It was a little difficult to set up but I did.

love this i didnt realize it worked with Alexa . I just wanted an outdoor plug for my water fountains. that it works with Alexa is just an added bonus. it so fun to use

Works well for scheduling individual outlets to turn on and off.

So easy to use from my phone or manually. Solved a lighting problem I had, outdoors.

I switched to this plug because of the angled shape. It allows me to outlet in multiple devices without interference of the the plugs. The app works perfectly with my smartphone. I only wished that the plug on the outlet was 90 degrees. The one I replaced was 90 degrees. Otherwise it is perfect.

Works great with our pool filter. No more worrying about if someone turned it on. In the Texas heat it is important the filter run.

I have two of these devices. One has been used outdoors at all times and functioned flawlessly. The other has been used primarily indoors. About a six months ago, it began tuning on and off randomly, but only remaining off momentarily. About one month ago, it simply stopped transmitting power when plugged into an outlet (any outlet). Will not buy another of this brand.

Bought this to replace the BN-Link version, which doesn’t have individual outlet control, for Christmas lights. Plugged in, set up, and tested before installing lights and worked as expected. It’s a good addition to the Kasa KP400 and POWRUI power strip already being used. The only problem is specific to using the new Nest Wifi Pro system and you can’t use Easy Setup mode. The Nest system doesn’t allow for shutting off the 5Ghz band so you have to use manual pairing to connect on 2.4Ghz.

Only 2 of the 3 outlets would connect to Alexa. And, when I got 2 to connect, they wouldnt always respond. The middle outlet says Alexa doesnt support this device.. Programming took way too long to finish. I recommend that you pass on this device and keep shopping. Im sending it back and asking for a refund. Generally, Ive been very pleased with the electronic items Ive purchased through Amazon. But this device was a complete disappointment. It was EXTREMELY hard to connect and when it did, it wouldnt work correctly. If you have a 5 ghz router, this device WILL NOT WORK! If you have a dual band router (included 2.4 ghz) you must shut off the 5 ghz signal! Even with that procedure, it would only connect partially with my network. Keep shopping and be careful what you buy. This item is a piece of crud.
