> 3 dayGreat purchase, I use them for tumbler turners so that I can set a timer and turn them off automatically. Space was a hot commodity in my plug in spots, and this took care of that. Its slim enough to be able to allow a socket on either side to still be fully free.

> 3 dayOne of the two did not turn on and would not connect to Wi-Fi or anything. Ended up tossing it in the trash. The other one works awesome. I must have gotten a dud. EDIT: I ordered a second pair and these ones worked perfectly. Using them to turn a lizard light and heater on and off. Light during the day, heat at night. Works great.

> 3 dayNot the best range or consistent connection based on distance from router but overall does the job, like the dual plugs. Wish there was a little bit more space between them and way to secure a tighter fit but overall pleased.

> 3 dayGood product. Instructions did not match the item. Instructions showed a power off button on the side. Units did not have it. To get the WiFi to connect, I figured out that you had to press and hold both arrows on the front for 3-5 seconds and they would blink blue. Then it would connect to the app. If you want the item to turn on at a certain time, then turn off, you need to cease a schedule for each event. One schedule for on, and another for off. Other than wrong instructions, items work great.

> 3 dayI bought a set of 8 of them a while ago and love them they work great and are super quick to use. This newest batch came and the box was all crushed and they were all over the place in the bag. Ill edit my review if theyre not working after testing. As for the first batch I only had occasional days where a routine in Google home would not trigger a switch to power on or off for our bearded dragons light. All in all great though and will most likely buy more.

> 3 dayThe available app does not work on the current version of Android OS. Luckily I had an old iPad and was able to connect to the plug using the HBN app on it. Buyer beware.

Greater than one weekTook me all of 10 minutes to setup and most of that time was typing in device names and then deciding to switch the names between plugs. You simply download the Tuya app, connect to your wifi, push a button on the plug until the blue light flashes, follow Tuya prompts and you are connected. For Alexa, go to Skills, search for HBN Smart, Enable To Use, and enter Tuya account info. Done. Obviously there are Routines you can set in either Tuya or Alexa but if you have any experience with other smart devices, this will be easy as well. Highly recommend for ease of use. As an aside, the plugs themselves are relatively trim so they fit nicely in the outlet without interfering with other plugs.

> 3 dayI bought the 2 outlet smartplug since I see mixed reviews. I tried pretty hard to get these to work on my fish tank and couple of other outlets. When I would turn off the fish tank pump I tripped all four sets of outlets that I bought and they would turn off momentarily and turn right back on like a power loss situation. This was the only reason way I bought these, but it defeated the purpose. I did talk to customer service and I switched from the hbn app as stated in the instructions to smartlife app. However, even with the switch of apps this still did not work. They did offer a replacement, but for me to ship back the old ones cost half the price of buying new ones. My loss is your lesson learned. Pick another brand if you plan on using both outlets on the plug.

> 3 dayI cant find any instructions that seem to work. I will keep trying as I think they will be great should I get them synced. Having trouble with Alexa/Amazon account syncing too.
